Old Havana - Carta

Waited over an hour for drinks. Felt very sorry for the waiting staff who we had to nag constantly during our whole 2 hour slot. Made for a stressful visit and spoiled our evening. I think management need to review how you take and fulfil orders.

For a bank holiday it wasn’t particularly busy, but we were ignored while trying to order drinks, food was tasty but took a long time to arrive despite the fact hardly anyone seemed to be eating. Drinks were ok. A lot of the food options weren’t available

A must visit venue in Swansea is this stylish bar offering a wide range of drinks , including a large cocktail menu. However the main reason to visit is their own gin range, very tasty and served in good measures. The bar is stylish and service is excellent. Ver carta

Staff rather rude and defensive when we asked politely, 3 times, where one of our party's food hadn't arrived. When some of our food arrived, it was cold. We didn't feel we could ask for the food to be returned, as the staff were not approachable. It's my first night out with my friends in nearly 4 years, and I have been left disappointed. Don't think I'd return on principle.

Good offer in terms of tapas prices (3 for £10). I was a bit disappointed with the flavour of some of the tapas. The pork and potato balls was very bland and dry (avoid). The cocktails were tasty and a select few are on offer for 3 for £10. The star of the menu was the rum pudding. The cake was warm and delicious. Served with ice cream and a caramel sauce. Hands down one of the best cake desserts I've had in a restaurant.

Came in on Sunday night amazing service by besher and Ethan we was absolutely blown away by there amazing hospitality. Drinks were amazing too 3 cocktails for £10 well worth it we was absolutely off our t*ys by the end of the night. Also we met another waited oasid who was lovely too. Amazing staff sensational vibes we love them all Can’t wait to celebrate my half birthday here next Friday. The men here are really fit too, come here if your single. Came here last night. Arrived at 18:15, ordered drinks (one coke, two bottles of beer, 40 minutes go by with no sign of them turning up, have to ask again, finally they turn up 10 minutes later. We then order food, one burger and two pork sandwiches, the burger was tiny, the sandwiches we ordered were about as flat as a ruler. Two of the three meals turned up at about 19:50, so we waited for the third meal for our friend, another 10 minutes go by so our friend was sat there waiting patiently. Worst thing is it was pretty quiet. I will not ever come again and i would advise people to avoid this place unless they want to lose 3 hours of their lives!

Not sure what is going on with this resturaunt. I booked a table weeks in advance for my fiance and myself to go out for a nice meal. Despite the booking confirming booking for 2 for diner we walked in Saturday night advised we had a table booked for 2 and we got a suprise look. Asked we we would like to sit and we asked for a quiet area as music was blasting out in our ears as if in a night club not a resturaunt. When sat at our seat we were the only ones in doors and were presented with a drinks menu with no suggestion of a any food option whatsoever. Quite simply we were so shocked by this we rapidly got up and walked out of the place. Very poor service or advertising.

For my friends joint birthday, we decided to go to Old Havana, as we have always had amazing experiences whilst visiting. From start to finish, Old Havana staff were professional, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. People rarely write reviews, especially good ones, so the staff really should be recognised for all their hard work and how amazing they are! On this occasion, we only went for drinks but I have had food at Old Havana numerous times, it is always superb, with a wide range of tasty dishes and brilliant cocktails.
