"Wir sind durch Zufall spätabends im "Olive" gelandet und wollten dort nur noch eben einen Wein trinken. Das war die beste Entscheidung des Abends - ich habe noch nie so guten Wein in Hamm getrunken! Der Chardonnay und Shiraz waren wirklich phantastisch - ich wusste überhaupt nicht, was für großartige türkische Weine es gibt.Zusätzlich gab es noch von dem sehr netten und aufmerksamen Chef einen interessanten Vortrag über türkische Weinanbaugebiete.Wenn das Essen genauso gut ist wie der Wein, dann hat das "Olive" das Potential, uns einfach nur glücklich zu machen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und essen und trinken uns durch Speise- und Weinkarte. Vielen Dank."

Ambiente türkisch ansprechend. Bestes türkisches Restaurant ever. Preis okay, Qualität des Essens prima. Menge gut ausreichend. Geschmacklich sehr gut. Aufmerksames Personal. Chef hat alles im blick. Einzig negatives war, dass das bestellte lammfleisch Rind war. Das tat dem Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch.

Tolle location, gutes Essen, die haben auch einige vegetarische Gerichte, tolle Atmosphäre. Die Bedienung war auch super freundlich. Ist zwar "etwas teuer" wie ich finde, aber lohnt sich trotzdem. In Hamm gibt es kaum noch türkische Restaurants, die etwas schicker eingerichtet sind, deswegen lohnt sich das schon.. Ver carta

Wir gehen sehr gern in die Olive, weil es leckeres Essen gibt zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, der Lärmpegel etwas hoch. Da müssten die sehr bemühten Besitzer vielleicht mal etwas an der Akustik tun. Aber mit den verschiedensten Gerichten waren wir immer zufrieden, ob es Lamm, Rind oder Geflügel war: auf den Punkt gegart mit leckeren Beilagen. Ein gutes Zeichen ist wohl auch, dass viele türkische Gäste das Restaurant besuchen.

Auch eine 1/2 Stunde vor Feierabend ohne irgendeine Diskussion gab's ein geschmackvolles, liebevoll angerichtetes und sehr freundlich serviertes Abendessen (mit Vorspeise).Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter/innen.Das Fleisch war von hervorragender Qualität und auf den Punkt gegrillt.Ich kann das Olive nur empfehlen.Ich freue mich schon darauf, wieder in Hamm zu sein. Dann hoffentlich ein wenig früher, um die unaufdringliche Atmosphäre länger genießen zu können.

"the city wall in westfal is not known to me as a castle of gastronomy. but a visit was necessary or announced, because as an enthusiastic cook, the family gave me a cooking course. as a surprise, the direction for me should be new and a challenge. the choice fell on “Indian” kitchen: and the maharani in hamm has a cooking school and a restaurant. a good combination; because so I can taste a menu and also learn the preparation. in the internet the company has good critikens. I have already tried some Indian natives in the mountain environment. I like the many aromes that are used. even some cookbooks I bought and bought matching articles (I love the seasoned and rugged "ingo holland", which I brought out at "messing müller", a professional shop for table culture and cooking art.
