"Autumn 2021 visited my home region and we camped on the town square in Saarlouis. On this occasion the visit of the table with relatives was announced in a restaurant. Since we had seen this place some time ago, we chose the Oympia. Unfortunately, there is no website for the local. First with little man-woman (3 persons) we were looking for the Greek restaurant Olympia. The ambience is so lal, with the usual pitch of debris miniatures (greens etc.). I did not take photos (forgot device). Otherwise, the ambience is bright and cozy. Corona vaccination pass or test was needed, which was not a problem. The owner and apparently serve his daughter himself, his wife is in the kitchen. We were welcomed as first guests and led to a table on the windows. As a drink the following was ordered: 1 Pils 0.25 L for 2.50€ 1 primordials dark 0.50 L for 4.50 € 1 Afri Cola ligth 0.4L for 4.10 For consumption there was: As a supplement 1 Peperoni Grill for 5,00 € 1 peasant plate for 15,00 € 1 Olympic plate for 17.50 € 1 Moussaka for 14.50 € At the end 1 Greek mokka and 1 espresso for each 2,00 Overall, the service worked perfectly. Drinks and also food came in a reasonable time. All were very happy with the offer. The portions were too big for us. Only I fed my very good Moussaka full size. The residues were packaged separately for removal. We were happy and because of the good quality the visit was announced for the next day with a bigger man woman. This time we appeared with a total of 5 people. What was drunk and fed in detail is evident from the photo for the invoice. Zz has paid a total of €123.80. All were papsate and rest were packed. Because of the convincing quality, it was again a Moussaka. Due to the friendliness of the host family and the quality of food, we visited the restaurant several times in the following days. Conclusion: Ambience: 4* Food and Beverages 5* Service personnel 5* Cleanliness of sanitary facilities 5* Price ratio 5* I agree with another judge that the Olympia is probably the best Greek in Saarlouis."

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Restaurant Olympia und sind voll begeistert. sehr freundliches Personal,schnelle Lieferung des Essen,das Essen warsehr gut. Auch war das Essen sehr reichhaltig für den Preis. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Ich war erstmalig im Olympia, weil ich bei unserem Griechen in Heusweiler keinen Platz mehr erhalten hatte. Jetzt bin ich sogar froh, da der ganzen Familie das Essen vorzüglich mundete und die Metaxasauce ein Gedicht ist.Der Chef war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Olympia hat neue Freunde gefunden

Wir sind auf der Durchreise in Saarlouis gelandet, wollten gut grieschisch Essen gehen und haben uns glücklicherweise von den Nörgler Bewertungen nicht beirren lassen... Super nettes Lokal mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung und geschmeckt hat es auch noch... was will man mehr! Highlight ist die Mittagskarte mit Portionen wo danach nichts in den Müll wandert. Hatten scheinbar einen schlechten Tag erwischt...es war voll, laut und uninspitiwrtes Essen. Der Spieß war richtig gut, ebenso die Leber der Rest so la,la. Gyros war trocken und hart. Wohl auch weil extrem dünn geschnitten und ich die äußerste Schicht auf dem Teller hatte. So hat es mir auch mitleidslos , die bedienende Chefin ? erklärt... Beilagenkrautsalat geht. Ich wollte vor kurzem in diesem Restaurant essen und musste feststellen, dass dort Freundlichkeit zu Gästen nicht praktiziert wird. Ich war mit vier Kollegen gegen 13:45 Uhr an diesem Restaurant angekommen. Bereits an der Tür wurden wir von einem wenig freundlichen Herrn gefragt, was wir wollten. Auf unsere Mitteilung, dass wir etwas essen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant nur noch bis 14:30 Uhr geöffnet habe. Da bis dahin noch fast eine dreiviertel Stunde Zeit war, schien uns das kein Problem zu sein. Als wir das Restaurant, das zu diesem Zeitpunkt soweit erkennbar, leer war, betreten wollten, wurde uns aber erklärt, dass die Zeit nicht mehr reichen würde und wir wurden wen...
