Service very slow. The cheapest steak was over £60._A very expensive, noisy, place. Popular with younger people just hanging out. Will never go there again.

I enjoyed my time in the opera! the service was amazing from beginning to end. eating was perhaps the best I had for a long time. I had to start the prawn cocktail and the crispy duck for the main. delicious. my daughter is obsessed with the oysters and she loved her!

could not mistake this place in any way, eating was fantastic, one of the best steaks I had eaten, host (chris, tom and team) were the best, very attentive to their needs and the live music was excellent, we wished more of them seen than just the last 45 minutes caught. highly recommended.

the service is really good, apart from them take away their eating when they go to the restroom! the waiters are more patient with their hungry customers. we're paying for our food! my next order was too salty. it had either too much soy sauce, too much salt or both. I'm suspicious we drink more? please stop going over with soy sauce. it is a very salty sauce. they say they're more careful. the side was spinat with grapefruit. it would have been really delicious if it weren't so salty.

hubby and I decided to have our 10-year anniversary dinner at the operngrill. when my husband asked for the reservation, they asked if there was one. why a beautiful place, the staff was very attentive, eating was very tasty and cooked for perfection. the drinks menu is for all budgets! we were presented with 2 glasses of champagne and a board of sweets to mark our special day. I must say from the beginning to the end, we enjoyed the day thoroughly and we will definitely return even if we want a drink - big bar area!

eating was excellent, like the service and the general atmosphere. the two tables that were closest to the door, and the flooring were however connected with icy explosions at each entry or exit of customers. obviously it was a well-known problem because a heavy velvet curtain was positioned to provide some protection in front of the open door, but the curtain was repeatedly pulled aside when diner entered the restaurant and thus left an open gap open to the January colds. two tables had cold diners (from men's separate groups) wearing dumbbells. the cold explosions influenced what could have been a nice experience.
