"After calling 3 times and being assured my order was on its way, the delivery man arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes after I placed my order!! By this point, I had no choice but to prepare something else for my kids for dinner. His reaction after I told him I already cancelled my order during the last phone call: "Then never order from us again, because you will now be blacklisted from our service!" No joke!!!!! The guys on the phone were equally indignant, trying to reason with me not to cancel the order because it was a busy night (it's Saturday night... that should be no surprise) and assuring me the driver was on his way (which, at the 1 hour mark was certainly not the case). None of them seemed to think that a 2 hour + wait period was completely ludicrous and weren't the least bit apologetic. We will obviously not be ordering from there again."

un sushi muy rico, el pescado y los camarones estaban muy frescos y eso le da el toque de sabor que lo hace especial. El arroz cocido a punto saborizado con salsa.

Do not expect anything special but a quick and affordable variety of sushi. If you live nearby try it on a day when you are too lazy to cook. If you don't, don't bother. Ver carta

certainly not a hot quality, but here you get a healthy price-performance ratio. everything is freshly prepared. a lunch table is also offered. certainly one of the better sushi shops.

in the waitzstrasse at osaka sushi, you get good sushi to fair trips. there are no super exciting variations, but the standard sushi are offered there and have a very good quality. the loan service is also great, so far always came on time!

it all looked very good and fresh at the first sight.Leider we were very disappointed by the Miso soup and also the small fish pieces on the not so good tasting rice were also not worth coming here again. There we are used to several better Suhsi-Lokale and Sushi-Imbisse at the same price in hamburg. by coincidence I have discovered this sushi shop as a visitor in the march. everything looked so fresh and appetizing that I immediately took a lunch for the whole family and did not regret it. the family was thrilled with the fresh and taste. everything was delicious, the service average friendly and the prices reasonable. that was certainly not our last visit to osaka sushi.

we get here several times in the year sushi and have never been disappointed. everything is freshly prepared and the prices are in order. you can also sit outside and eat outside. there is a bonus stamp card for which you get a credit of 10€ after 100€. only the owner always makes a merical face - we have never experienced him in good mood - a pity!Only from this reason only a "very good"!

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
