Food was incredible! The owner was very sweet and helpful as we only spoke english. It was authentic Italian. We are here in beginning/mid July and we got seated right away and the service was fast and diffidently one to recommend!

I stopped by for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and good food. Although the owner/manager could have been a bit friendlier, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. I ordered a soup, salad, and bolognese, and all in all, it was a satisfying meal.

This delightful restaurant features a classic yet laid-back ambiance. The service is quick and attentive. We sampled the pesto and bolognese pasta, and we also enjoyed the daily special: a margherita pizza with prosciutto topping. Everything was authentic and delicious. To finish off, I had a wonderfully prepared decaf cappuccino. Overall, it's outstanding Italian cuisine accompanied by friendly service—truly perfect! Ver carta

The food was very good but the manager was a complete jerk. Refused to speak to the women in our group, was curt and dismissive to them and his wait staff, really appalling. Did not accommodate simple requests they offer a 10% discount for take away, yet said they didn't do take away; and no it wasn't for leftovers). It's a shame because the food was very good, but we won't go back. We are in a lot of places that had food comparable but a much more enjoyable experience.

We ate dinner here today because it's just down the street from our hotel and it looked good. There was loud music playing and the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, but fortunately there were outdoor tables and the weather was conducive. The male servers were pleasant, but the female server was very perfunctory. Also, the food was just so-so (I ordered the Margherita pizza and my husband ordered the Funghi pizza [the pizzas were too small for two people, although generously-sized for just one person] .

An authentic take on Italian food. I loved this meal and so did our friends. Please come here with an empty stomach. I would not recommend this restaurant! Our waiter, Carlo, was excellent, and the food was reasonably good, but the owner/manager was extremely rude. While we were enjoying our meal, he approached our table, reached across me, and started pouring olive oil on my dish. I cannot eat olive oil for medical reasons, so I politely asked for a new plate. He became very annoyed and defensive, falsely accusing me of having agreed to it beforehand, which was simply not true. When I asked to have the dish he ruined removed from the bill, he made a scene about it and was clearly cursing at me in Italian.

Lovely neighborhood gem and perfect for a warm Italian dish on a cold, rainy England night. We came by for dinner on a Wednesday night and it was packed beyond belief! We took this as a good sign and made a reservation for the next night. The general manager remembered us from the night before and game us a warm welcome. We started off with bread and olives, followed by mussels and the caprese salad. For dinner, we both had the penne arrabiata which was cooked to perfection! Some reviews touch on the decor honestly it didn't offend us at all and I found it to be a warm, inviting homely atmosphere. A lively local spot steps from the hotel we were staying at. This place was rated high on Yelp (even with the non Elites so figured I'd give it a shot. Glad I did... Each night I passed by and noticed the crowds. People were chatty and happy, windows and outdoor seating were always open and buzzing. It drew quite a crowd. I thought they were just tourists like me but turns out, no. It is indeed a neighborhood gem. So this was a hit for our London dining experience.
