Ate here this evening. Lovely little restaurant tucked out of the way. Food and service was excellent. Spaghetti and meatballs was tondie for. Obviously homemade. Will definitely visit again.

very friendly restaurant in a nearby alley. we ordered the tomaten bruschetta, spaghetti vongole and a proscuitto/melonen salat to divide between two. eating much as the portions were great. reasonable prices. good eating, good setting.

After a morning walk and a visit to the nearby art business, we had to sit down and relax. here we found great service and a beautiful waitress, good eating especially the pasta dishes. we sat in comfort and not rushed. great and good. worth finding out.

there are soups from sweet, suppening with seafood and suppening in Venice style. pizza is Italian! other dishes are great and delicious! there are tourist menus and it is much more than we expected for €. the waitress is very friendly and helpful! Very... get the place!

Maybe they have an Italian supervisor because the food was amazing but the owners are Chinese so maybe this is the reason of so many complaints regarding the food. The waitress is not a kindness nobel and this is the only bad reason why I...would say not to go...they need to learn how to treat better their costumers.

I ate here tonight and will return happy tomorrow. pleasant atmosphere, good service and decent food salumi misti...and seafood pasta were excellent and the white house wine grew on me. considering that the restaurant next to it will calculate double euro for antipasti and a pasta, the prices in botteghe are very decent according to Venetian standards, so it is a domani. I'll enjoy it.

My wife and I ate at this restaurant the first night on our return to our favourite city. It was only by chance we went in as it did not show on the tripadvisor map but was a short walk from our hotel! Good job...we did as an excellent meal was had by us both. Waitress couldn’t have been more attentive and spoke perfect English including a few jokes. My wife started with the scallops au gratin and I had the prawns, we both had the veal in a lemon sauce with fries, roast potatoes and grilled vegetables as a main and a coffee ice cream as sweet. All delicious and washed down with a carafe of quite acceptable house red. All in all a very good evening meal at very reasonable prices for Venice.

Husband and teenage son visited last night. The waitress was lovely very charming and chatty and as she was on her own, had to work really hard. My son ordered octopus starter it was a big plateful and he enjoyed it and Hawaiian...pizza, which he said was great. My husband and I had the set menu pasta for both of us and it was very nice. It was the courses where it all went wrong. My roast chicken had been roasting for a bout a week. The skin was bone dry and the insides shrivelled. My husbands sardines were small and unimpressive. Deserts were not home made but pleasant. With the added company of some noisy chatty elderly Americans, it wasn’t a bad evening. Just wish the food had been bette...
