this place is ideal for fresh seafood and fish with a very creative cook. we had garnelentare with citrus fruits and gnocchi with chestnuts and fresh mushrooms. divine

So good that we dined there twice out of our 4 nights in Palermo. Friendly staff, gigantic menu, pleasant decor. Appropriate pricing for the fine quality of the cuisine. You cannot go wrong with this choice.

We asked our tour guide to recommend a restaurant near our hotel and she told us about Oste Della Stabile We we’re glad that she did. We had an excellent dinner. The room was modern and pleasant. Service was good. Ver carta

Shared a plate of antipasti misti, risotto nero, mixed main and a dessert. All dishes were quality and the service was prompt and efficient. Nice bottle of wine (although not much choice of whites). All at very reasonable prices. Recommended.

We found this restaurant because it was in the same street as our hotel. Small entrance hides a quite large dining room. Great local food, nice wines, very friendly staff and all at very good prices, certainly a hidden gem to visit when you are in the area

First things first: the food isn‘t good (Caponata tasted like out of a can, probably because they used a cheap vinegar, the pasta al pistacchio were tasteless, the busiate pasta as well). Service was inattentive and it was one of the most expensive dinners we had in Sicily in 2019. Avoid. Ver carta

in the grunde I tried to find the weak of this restaurant, but could not. great fresh ingredients, with great technology from the chef. we must try the soul pasta. 9.5/10 . huge list of wines. a suggestion for the restaurant will easily reduce prices and increase the amount somewhat. I also propose very much for someone who wants to spend about 30 euro for a combination of traditional and gourmet Sicilian cuisine.

On a working day at about 8:30 pm, we were just 3 tables and we had to wait very long for food. While selecting dishes from the list the water repeatedly forgot what we were asking for; I asked the capperi sauce to be kept apart while sworthfish rolls were mixed with. I suffered to digest this meal. The fish soup was good, however we had to wait longly before having a spoon. While triying to pay with american express, despite the exposition in the entrance we were not able to pay that way. The location was very common one. Giri (a type of long leaf vegetables) were very good and well cooked.

We ended up at Oste dello Stabile as the restaurant we were recommended was closed di turno on a Thursday. The atmosphere is modern, pleasant, but not to my taste. The food good, the service fair but not the best. The welcome quite indifferent. Towards the end of the meal I felt as if we were a bit rushed. We arrived 30 minutes late at 2pm and the restaurant (kitchen) closes at 3pm. We all had different dishes. The seafood pasta with clams and prawns which is a house speciality is excellent. The mussels tasty but very small inside. The wine selection was very limited although we had an excellent Grillo fairly priced at €14 per bottle.
