Great food! No gluten free pasta but the steak is delicious, and they have gf bread.

We really liked our meal at Osteria del Conte. You could tell everything was homemade, simple, and good quality. You really can't go wrong

Non ho potuto assaggiare i dolci solo perché ero davvero pieno ma posso dire che avevano una bella faccia! Se dovessi tornare da Montepulciano tornerei sicuramente!

This place was another home run. The server even made sure to tell me that celiac was a very serious disease and that I needed to be aware that the kitchen was busy but they would take every precaution. The chef even came out to say hello! I had a wonder app of sizzling cheese covered in parma ham and a great pork chop also! And, yes, they brought me GF bread. I had zero issues!

il ristorante si trova all'inizio del centro storico di montepulciano piccolo ma carino abbiamo mangiato antipasto di carni e formaggi un primo piatto di pici con carciofi e pancetta in aggiunta un primo di ravioli con pecorino di pienza un taglio al rosmarino eccellente con patate al forno tutto accompagnato da un vino nobile di montepulciano direi che euro sembra un ottimo prezzo piacevole sera

Very cute spot at the top of the hill! When I told them I had Celiac the server was quick to point out that they don’t have a separate kitchen (very few places in Tuscany do), but that they understand cross contact and the precautions to take. They do offer GF pasta, but I decided to play it safe with steak, vegetables, and potatoes all of which were delicious. I will say my husband ordered a non-GF pasta dish and he really didn’t like it, so not sure that I missed out on anything.

This is awesome.... Went to this place on a recommendation from a winery because they actually served their wines. But I have to say they have not disappoint. The place was packed because it was one of the few in town opened for lunch that day. The place is small and it seems like family run. One chef in the kitchen and maybe 6-7 tables altogether. Pasta dishes are absolutely delightful. The Tagliatelle al sugo di Cinghiale is my personal favorite and it makes for a very nice pairing with local Montepulciano wines.

Beautiful setting near the highest point in Montepulciano. There is outdoor and indoor seating. Our reservations were indoor as it had been raining on and off. There are covers over the outdoor seating so that is still an option. After so much eating out, I was looking for something light. They had tomato soup which was delicious. It was definitely more chunky than what you'd find in the states. I was expecting a cup but a rather large bowl was delivered. For dinner, we split the mixed pork meat plate and I added grilled veggies. The veggies were zucchini and eggplant.
