Ambiente molto elegante, cucina ottima con prodotti di prima qualità, ottime pizze cotte nel forno a legna, tavoli ben spaziati tra loro, personale molto gentile e prezzi nella norma.. da tornare molto presto..

Very nice environment with wooden and stone interiors. Nice and kind staff. Interesting beers and menu that changes every week. The pizza presents choices with ingredients from the region and quality can be seen. The desserts are also very good. So if you are in the neighborhood it worth a try! Ver carta

Spesso mangiamo in questo posto sicuramente questa sera sono passati, gamberetti pre antipasto slopped con un filo d'olio, tartare antipasto di tonno con piccolo sapore di arancio di alce e poi tagliatelle verdi al carbonara vegetariano con carciofi . tutto davvero grande super amichevole, super consigliato, serata eccellente. Grazie.

The restaurant is located in the main Boves Square, piazza Italia, n.18. The staff is composed by a family, father,mother and their son. They are very friendly. The food looks and it is very tasty.! The starter vitello tonnato is recommended, then the taglierini with mushrooms are excellent, as tagliata di Fassone, very good local meat, and Brasato all 'Arneis tasty meat cooked into white wine. Very good Dolcetto wine, and a ggod selection of desserts! Recommended!

We found ourselves in Boves as refugees from nearby Cuneo, where the Tuesday market had attracted every car North of Rome and no parking was to be found anywhere. We were amazed at the outstanding quality of the food and presentation at this restaurant. The tagliatelle with porcini were excellent, featuring lovely chunks of the mushrooms in a fine sauce. The green salad and braised, tender veal and the pollo milanese, all exceeded our expectation and were nicely washed down with a splendid grignolino d'Asti.
