"Where should I start? The food or the service...Firstly, I must mention to you that my friend and I we love sushi, like we can eat it even in the mornings. Also, we like trying new restaurants. When we saw the Osaka from the internet we jumped without hesitation because who doesn’t like their plates coming from a fake lake just in front of you? It looked authentic very stylish. At the beginning… Having entered the restaurant, we had to wait for several minutes to be greeted and seated. The menus were very complicated to understand and the waiter didn’t help us at all, even though she understood that we went there for the first time. We ordered our meals and started to watch swimming sushi plates in the lake in front of us. I must mention you that at the beginning, we thought that we were going to take our sushi plates from the lake. That is why we went there, but thanks to the waiter we ordered the wrong thing even though we asked her. After 10 minutes with disappointment in our faces we saw a sushi plate which was coming to us in the waiter’s hands. Even thought we ordered the full menu (formule) with the salad and the soup the waiter brought the sushis without them. We were so hungry to wait that is why we start eating. The sushis. I think it was the worst sushis that i EVER ate. Rices were thick and the fish did not taste fresh at all. When we finished the sushis my friend’s meal has arrived. At the beginning, we said to each other that we could share the plates, but we had to wait for the next plate which was the OSAKA which was 6 brochettes Yakitori. Oh, they all tasted bad. I think the one with the meat was the worst because it was too difficult to chew so that’s why I couldn’t explain how it tasted like because i didn’t get any flavor. To sum up, we’re sure that we will never ever go back there. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Really people, if you want to eat sushi go somewhere else or you can buy it from a Carrefour and it is more cheaper!!"

Lovely sushi. Pitty that they charged more for the kids a volonté than agreed when ordering... we had enough and it was nice food. The kids loved the boats presenting the sushi.

The only redeeming feature of this restaurant was the miso soup and I suspect this came from a packet. The sushi was probably the worst I've ever had. If you're near Blagnac go to the supermarket for good sushi.

The food was great ,one of the best sushis I have ever tried . I was attended quickly and the waiters helped me choose my sushi well. I was really impressed with the sushi floating around in the lake.Definitely will come again!

There is not too much to surprise you in this sushi bar. Only a very limited variety of foods is offered. Staff is probably forbidden to speak with customers. Plus, be careful at the cashdesk not to pay for what u didn't order...

This is not a proper Japanese restaurant. The fish is far from being fresh and there's too much rice in them. This place is like a sushi fast food and I suspect the chief doesn't have any proper experience of making sushis. The sashimis had...a terrible taste and I felt rather sick after eating.

They served hot jasmine rice without any seasoning for the sashimi (instead of sushi rice with vinegar)! Terrible quality sushi and the sashimi were not fresh at all. Very expensive for the quality for very small sashimi slides (they cut one scallop pieces etc) Only thing positive is the miso soup.

Please do not waste your money at this restaurant; the sushi was edible overall but not the greatest. I grew up eating sushi since I was young, so I know what a good sushi tastes like. The mackerel tasted really bad, and my friend even...found a fish bone while eating a piece; if you know how to make a proper sushi, you know you're not supposed to have a fishbone inside a sashimi. On top of that, the waitress didn't even serve us water, when we asked for one while we ordered our menu. Then the waitress told us that they're closing in ten minutes. While I was paying my bill at the counter, another customer told the owner that he'll never come back to this place. I don't blame him, considering...
