"Unfassbar respektlos gegenüber seiner Kundschaft. Ich habe dort die letzten 3,5 Jahre gerne bestellt. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung habe ich 2 Stunden im Voraus bestellt. Zur Zeit, als die Bestellung eintreffen sollte, bekam ich einen Anruf, dass sich das Essen um 15 Minuten verspätet. Meine Antwort darauf war: „Kein Problem, ich bin aber nur noch 45-60 Minuten zuhause, also sollte es auch dann da sein.“ Wer hätte es gedacht? Mein Essen kam erst nach 60 Minuten, als wir gerade aus der Tür zum Auto liefen. In der Zwischenzeit wollte ich meine Bestellung stornieren, was mir verweigert wurde. Wenn ich mein Geld zurückhaben möchte, solle ich es über Lieferando versuchen, aber sie würden mir das Geld nicht direkt zurückerstatten. Nie wieder. Kein Essen und kein Geld erstattet bekommen. Seitdem habe ich auch nie wieder dort bestellt und auch nicht mehr bei Lieferando."
