OUI bar and kitchen

Excellent restaurant, I would highly recommend it to all of my friends and family

eating was delicious and although busy not long until many employees wait on the hand this evening

Really enjoyed it food was amaizng and the cocktails girl called Emma was so lovely. Would definitely recommend Ver carta

Food was good and served quickly however overall customer service was poor. When staff were taking our order they were quick to get away, this resulted in us no getting drinks until mid way through the meal.

the service in the oui bar kitchen was excellent from beginning to end. the food we had was delicious and a reasonable portion. the place itself was very pleasant for a new hotel a good mix of styles with nothing too much 'in their face'. do not hesitate to eat very practical for a hydro pre concert back! Sadly not a great experience. The staff weren't really set up and ready for service, which was ok as it was New Year's Day lunch, so there's some leeway there. But we had to ask for drinks, then me u, then when they did take our order, the kitchen got confused so we ended up waiting an hour for sandwiches. We were in the Sky Red Bar which has a fab view, but a really sticky floor! Not one for us I'm afraid

we were a table directly in the door that leads from the hotel to restaurant, behind the table of the host. to say whether it was irony is not exaggerated. every time the front doors of the hotel were opened (which was often) we were exposed to an icey air bubble that spoils the meal. we mentioned this to some server but were not offered an alternative table, probably because the restaurant was full. we couldn't wait to eat and go. the menus are too limited. because someone who doesn't like burger, can't eat pizza and lactose is inlerant, there were very few suitable options. I wouldn't be back under the dash.

Bit of a wait to be seated while female staff member was watching the band. Then tried to seat us right next to the band. I asked to be further away due to a hearing issue, she then tried to seat us at a table right next to entrance. I asked if it was possible to sit in one of the several booths that were free. She said whatever walked away, very rude. No drinks offered or explanation of menus via QRS code on table. Waited about 10 mins for another member of staff to appear. Thankfully Stephen was fantastic, super efficient very attentive. Food was nice service was quick once we had ordered. Band that was there at 5pm didn 't really suit NYE. Air-con also was too high so felt cold at our tab... Ver carta
