"The family and I have been coming here for years. Absolutely adore this place. Always great service and fantastic food and tasty wine. It truly is the hidden gem of Chester, we always recommend Pacino’s to our friends. Took my mum here today for her birthday. As always, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. I had the house red, the pork ribs and goats cheese bruschetta as a starter and then the lamb shank with a side of super tasty vegetables for the main. And of course I had to have a dessert cheesecake! Everything was fantastic. Cleared our plates as always. Pacino’s really makes you feel like part of the family. You’re welcome in with open arms and served such delicious food. We’re all so ready for a nap now. We’ve had a lovely evening. Always come here if you get the chance."

The risotto was utterly amazing! We also had the steak and lamb, and it was the best I've had in a long time. This place is truly a hidden gem!

Really friendly staff and great atmosphere. Really accommodating to gluten intolerance. I had a gluten free margarita and it was the best GF pizza I've ever eaten!

Delicious food had prawns to start and veal escalope for main. Both dishes were excellent. Our party of 4 all had different meals and all had delicious food served by lovely staff.

First visited here 10 years ago, we were back in Chester and wanted to see if it was as good as the first time. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's damn good food inside. It's worth the journey from the city

Amazing food, a specials menu to die for but with a regular menu is just as good ! ! Excellent quality, it manages to be cosy but maintain 5 star restaurant standards .. A true hidden gem , my partner and I will definitely be back !

It's a great and simple spot to visit with kids. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the homemade Italian dishes are simply delicious. I've never been let down by the specials on the board—they're always fantastic. This restaurant is a real gem where families can comfortably enjoy an evening meal together.

We are from Bristol and we were travelling up to Chester for the night and was trying to find a traditional Italian restaurant near where we were staying. I called Pacinos to book a table prior to our visit and the lady on the phone was so lovely and so helpful, told us where to park explained about the area which on first glance is a little run down but this is no reflection on the restaurant. The staff were so friendly and the food was AMAZING!! If I’m ever in Chester again I would 100% come back! 10/10

Not very inspiring looking from the outside, especially when closed, but don't judge this book by its cover! Despite it being January when we visited, a traditionally quiet month for most businesses, Pacinos was busy and buzzing, a good sign. Just outside the city centre, we got a taxi to and from the restaurant, something we'd recommend. This English run and staffed Italian Restaurant has got everything right in the food and service departments and is great value. It has some great reviews and I can see why, highly recommended!
