"Not very inspiring looking from the outside, especially when closed, but don't judge this book by its cover! Despite it being January when we visited, a traditionally quiet month for most businesses, Pacinos was busy and buzzing, a good sign. Just outside the city centre, we got a taxi to and from the restaurant, something we'd recommend. This English run and staffed Italian Restaurant has got everything right in the food and service departments and is great value. It has some great reviews and I can see why, highly recommended!"

The risotto was utterly amazing! We also had the steak and lamb, and it was the best I've had in a long time. This place is truly a hidden gem!

Went on Saturday with three friends was excellent was surprised at prices very good ok we had 15% off but was good with out that 3 starters 4mains 1 pudding Bottle of wine 4 pints And a coke very reasonable defo go again

First visited here 10 years ago, we were back in Chester and wanted to see if it was as good as the first time. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's damn good food inside. It's worth the journey from the city Ver carta

Recommended it to our friends who we were visiting after seeing reviews on line. We were all pleasantly surprised. Nice relaxing atmosphere, very nice food throughly enjoyed the evening made very welcome. As everyone says don't be put off by the area or outside appearance take a look inside first.

It's a great and simple spot to visit with kids. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the homemade Italian dishes are simply delicious. I've never been let down by the specials on the board—they're always fantastic. This restaurant is a real gem where families can comfortably enjoy an evening meal together.
