Pad Thai Restaurant

my family for birthday dinner. all the dishes were dirty. in portions were very small and over price. we will not return.

unreasonable, unreasonable eating. there are many reviews that say that the owner is rude, she was quite rude, but honestly I wasn't too harassed. to just say it. Don't go.

Food was good and service from young enthusiastic staff was good but evening spoilt by owner not wanting us to give the service charge on the bill directly to the staff.Premises felt grubby and only one toilet for all to share.

Poor food, small quantities, large prices. The owner was incredibly kurt and it smelt of a damp mold inside, one can only begin to imagine the state of disarray the kitchen is in. I cannot discourage you enough from wasting your money at this place.

Had fish cake starter, awful, more like a cake with no fish Main jungle chicken curry, over cooked veg not even half a breast of chicken, maybe a quarter. Very poor quality owner needs to be alot more professional take note of...poor reviews. Worst value for money at a restaurant for many years.

I have just returned from an evening here at the Pad Thai restaurant in West Malling. The atmosphere was so relaxing, service was prompt and friendly but then went into another level of customer service, we were recommended food combinations based on our selection, health...benefits of each dish were passed on and the food tasted amazing. Speaking to the host afterwards the food was all fresh and she explained and flown in from Thailand ever few days, on top of this she explain and educated us on Thai culture and etiquette. A truly exceptional experience. Thank you again.

Visited for the first time recently but won't be back. Food was pretty good waitress was lovely but some services could have been better. but when the bill came out with £9 service charge added we decided we would only pay £4. Anyway the rude...owner told me no the bill was £95 for two people. I explained that there is no legal requirement to pay any service charge and £4 was fair. She then became very angry blaming her staff going on about a book and not being able to pay them making us feel guilty. So we felted bullied into paying additional amount. Basically she's spoit a otherwise good night and lost our custom for being tight and rude

cannot really understand the bad reviews about eating. I think the majority of people do not know Thai food, we could not blame it at all. we were a few times and this time was probably the best. the fish cake, tom-yum soup, jungle. curry, green curry, red curry, pad Thai, mixed fissure, desserts, all on the spot! the portions were perfect. people say it's over price for what they get, I don't vote at all. Thai food wherever they go is not huge like a chinese or an Indian, but after our opinion it is more than enough. I had at least 8 huge fresh garnel in my curry, definitiw the price worth. I don't think prices are expensive. yes, it melts a bit of musky when we arrived, could do with some...

We visited Pad Thai for our second visit tonight on our 4th anniversary. The first time we went was a Thursday night, greeted warmly by the owner at the door who guided us to our seats and offered drinks. Upon seeing us debating the menu,...she came over and demonstrated an incredible knowledge of the entire menu down to ingredients, cooking techniques and even the origin within Thailand of all the ingredients. We eat out at different restaurants 2/3 times a week and this is rare from an owner!! Tonight was our second visit and we was greeted and amazed by the service once again!
