"Our family has tried most of the food in the menu and we like everything so far. We normally go for take-out but they do have a couple of tables for dining outside. Not sure if they have seating inside as we normally go for take-out. They also have a mini-store inside where one can buy a few Japanese or Korean goods. This is our favorite take-out place because we know we’ll always get something good whatever we choose on the menu. (Sometimes it’s difficult because we can’t decide what to get because all are delicious. Not kidding. The people working there are very friendly, too."

"Wir haben aufgrund der guten Bewertungen den Alten Haferkasten an Weihnachten besucht und waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Tische waren so eng gestellt, dass man kaum mehr durchkam, uns wurde zu acht ein 6er-Tisch zugeteilt, obwohl wir 4 Wochen vorher reserviert hatten. Dementsprechend eng war es. Unterhalten konnte man sich aufgrund des Geräuschpegels überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war mehr als unaufmerksam und total hektisch. Es viel mehrmals Besteck und Gläser runter. Eine Speisekarte gab es an Weihnachten nicht, reduzierte Karte aber ohne Karte ! Die Gerichte wurden dann im Schnellverfahren vorgelesen und man sollte sich bitte genauso schnell entscheiden. Es gab leider nur Fisch und Fleisch, weder Nudeln noch einen Salat. Das Essen war mittelmäßig und dem Preis nicht wirklich gerecht. Es wurde kein Wein nachgeschenkt und Getränke nur auf Nachfragen nochmals gebracht. Ein Dessert oder Kaffee wurde erst gar nicht angeboten."

"we've been in Frankfurt area for the last 3 weeks and ate in several places and this is one of the best. located in a residential part of the city. at first service was a bit slow and we waited for abt 20 minutes until a waitress came over, we ordered the shrimp on lemongrass skewers, which was the weakest part of the meal as the shrimp were almost tasteless. Foe mains my dearest ordered the spareribs with truffle butter and garlic chips and I ordered the 600gr whiskey aged ribeye. when the dishes came we were in shock, they were so huge that could have fed 4 people easily. the Ribs were perfect, the chips were nice and crispy. My ribeye was medium rare although I ordered Medium, but it was OK as it came on a hotplate. the flavor was perfect. for dessert we ate the panna Cota with mango which too was good. we had a bottle of Argentinian Malbec which was a perfect fit for the meat bottom line, a wonderful (but not cheap) dinner"

"An absolutely recommended all-round experience! I accidentally came past the restaurant and was spontaneously so attracted by the attractive ambience I went in. Super cozy, feel comfortable right away. The girls were friendly and took time for each individual guest. The food was a pleasure because I didn't have it so long! Fantastic cuisine! If you want to go vegan, you should come here! An exception! I'm looking forward to the next time!"

"On this part of Frankfurt Straße there are a few restaurants, mostly very similar to this one. That is, a local place that seems to be open odd hours offering either bland dönner-themed food or simple pizza items. As for the Il Punto, they seem to offer pizza items but I have never seen it open. Ever. I walk past it daily to and from work and it is never open. Even at night, around 5:30pm. I have walked past on the weekends on the way to the Rewe close to it for shopping, and Il Punto is never open. Inside tou will find there are chairs, a counter, and a small commercial fridge that hold Cokes and other soft drinks but after 2 years in Dreieich, I have never seen this place open."
