"In the picturesque Valdemosa we caught our eye this traditional bakery, whose smell drew us in, without having any idea what we wanted. There was a metal rack with many buns sprinkled with powdered sugar. I ask what it is, the baker tells us Coke not potatoes . That is, fried potatoes, probably for a sweet snack from what the smoke betrayed, and we were even told that this is a local specialty of the village. They were nice, completely fluffy because of the potato, and they were a bit like bread. Nothing spectacular, however it was fresh."

Probamos la coca de patata y estaba buenísima, ¡me comería 20! La señora es muy amable y lo recomiendo 100% probarla aquí, ya que el lugar tiene años de experiencia.

La mujer fue muy atenta. Nos compartió un poco de historia sobre esa panadería, que es la base de un libro. Y los dulces son increíbles, ¡la coca de patata estaba buenísima!

Una experiencia culinaria imperdible en un lado de la ciudad, pero también de la isla de Mallorca. Podría volver allí durante mis vacaciones solo para probar su coca de patata, con una suavidad que nunca he experimentado en un brioche. Una verdadera nube de placer. Sin ninguna moderación.
