Excellent customer service especially from Josh who did a wonderful act of kindness, great choice of menus, gorgeous decor and relaxed ambience.

Again we called in for dinner whilst on holiday, and they did not disappoint. Both myself and daughter have Ceoliac Diease and the food options were amazing. The staff were warm and welcoming. Keep up the amazing work

Popped in for lunch, and although you order at the bar, the service was excellent. Drinks arrived very promptly. Not too long to wait for food, admittedly it did seem quiet, but I've no idea, if upstairs was busy. Food was of excellent standard. Ver carta

Two staff behind bar but the cleaning of the drop tray takes priority. Lots of dirty tables but only about 6 customers. They seem to be focused on doing their side work rather than customer focused. If you like beer avoid, mainly lager and cider on draft.

I ordered two breakfasts and waited over 50 minutes for them to arrive at our table. When I asked about the delay, they apologized and that was it. It wasn't a great experience because if I had known there would be a wait for food, I would have gone somewhere else. Not satisfactory.

I celebrated my 66th birthday with lunch at Panero Southsea with my wife. We always appreciate the delicious food and excellent customer service from the friendly staff. We both chose the steak and it was perfect! The taste was wonderful. We also enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. We love dining at this restaurant and it has become our preferred spot to go to. Ver carta

Atmosphere and decor okay, quite airy and spacious. Staff were initially welcoming but when I did not hear correctly some information I was given, one of the staff became rather haughty. The dish I had was tasty enough, but rather small for a main meal, I felt. Afterwards I felt quite queasy and did not have a good night's sleep. I will probably look at other options if in the area again.

We had an excellent meal for a party of six during a busy Sunday lunch at Panero Lounge on the 30th. We were seated at a great table upstairs and ordered a variety of mains, all of which we enjoyed. Despite initially hesitating due to the crowded atmosphere, the staff managed the situation well and we appreciated the convenience of ordering by phone. Our drinks arrived promptly as well. Overall, we would give a 4 star review, noting that the table could have been cleaner and the menus were a bit messy. While first impressions are important, this was a minor issue for us as we were all hungry and limited on dining options. We would definitely return for another visit. Thank you, Panero Lounge...

Having already had a good experience here previously, my wife chose this as a venue for a birthday breakfast with another couple with whom we are good friends. It was refreshing to see a clear and comprehensive Gluten free menu since my wife is coeliac and is always nervous using places that don't fully understand the implications of gluten and possible cross contamination. We were served by a young lady who was quietly efficient, helpful and affable. I threw a potential spanner in the works by being on a KETO diet i.e very low carbs.
