Fun space, friendly and efficient service. The food is good good sized portions and very tasty.

The food is very good, for us, one of the best ramen in the city. The service is very slow and two out of three toilets were out of service and not toilet paper in the other one

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we had to wait for almost 10 minutes before being greeted. We suspect it was due to a shortage of staff. Ver carta

The service at this restaurant was disappointing, as it took us over 10 minutes to be seated despite several staff members making eye contact and smiling at us at the entrance. However, the food was excellent once it arrived.

Great concept for a restaurant very little service which was disappointing. When we were served it was good but there were not enough people waiting. No one at front reception except it says don't sit down and wait to be given a table Food was good if a little over priced for Ramen

We had made a reservation for a party of 9 at this restaurant, but upon arrival, we were informed that they would be closing in 20 minutes due to lack of customers. They asked us to quickly place our orders and finish our meal within that timeframe. Ultimately, we decided to leave instead. Ver carta

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Actually inside the Japan centre … was a bit on the quiet side as was mid afternoon. The decor was fab. Seemed very popular with Japanese which I guess is a good sign. Took quite a while to be seated and take our order which was surprising as it was so quiet. Food was nice and waiter helped to pick the right menu choices. Kids loved it.

Quite chaotic getting in as both tiny entrances full of people queuing (we had booked) and no one greeting (we barged past and into the restaurant eventually confronting someone who appeared to be in charge and thereafter all was fine). I'm putting a 10/10 because the food was great, and the servers were great (especially José! but on the management side... there's room for improvement. Manager (I won't share his name here because everybody can be moody or have a bad night was kind of hostile. We tried to redeem our TheFork 50£ loyalty discount and he said we needed to select a special menu for it (which isn't true . We had to challenge his decision in order for our discount to be applied. For any fellow TheFork users planning on using your discount I'd advise you to make it crystal clear on your arrival so that there's no misunderstanding.
