The food was delicious and it was delivered promptly.

Ordered pizza, waited and hour and a half for it and it was cold and not nice. Kept me up way later than I wanted to. Rediculous!

Food arrived extremely late, delivery person would not enter building, all food very cold and uneatable. Terrible service. Please refund. Ver carta

Food never turned up! Made several orders in the past with no issues. Phoned the establishment and received a frosty response telling me another 15 minutes.

delivered on time and piping hot pizza as always with Papa Johns. Also had the tater tots(recommend the special garlic sauce) and the chicken poppers(recommend the buffalo sauce).

If you go in-store and are served by the young (Pakistani I believe) lady she is very helpful and friendly. I cannot speak for all of the staff though. Seems a lot of people have issues when ordering for deliveries. Ver carta

Staff is very rude. Failed to deliver and claim that food was left 'outside '. It 's not possible as my building have a doorpad that 's really easy to contact me. He didn 't even suggest a resolution. Had to get off the phone and raise a complaint

The service is pathetic. Especially the Colman road branch, thanks to the pakistani immigrant lot that papa johns employs, without checking if they're fit for the job. You can hear them make fun of calls in the back. Easily understandable if you speak their language. Do not order if you value your time.

Great delivery, well communicated considering had to find me as new build not listed. Very polite. Wish just eat had a tip option for their drivers, as 100% would. Who carries money anymore? Anyhow just one issue, boxes have security seals, they were not stuck down. Please pay attention. Food always great, PJ’s in my OP do the best pizza anywhere in Norwich! Thanks Ver carta
