"I didn't have pizza for 6 months and Papa John's didn't disappoint to order a bit of a problem online, but that was probably me doing something wrong. I called the shop and a very helpful man ordered the order for me. It was said that it would be with me in twenty minutes and it was hot. One of the best pizzas I ever had, double peppermint and meat festival. Also the garlic had six cheese bread, oh my!!!! Put all the other garlic bread to shame, a must for every garlic bread lover. Will definitely use Papa John's pizza from now on."

I gave a job yesterday for my son's birthday party at Brick and Mix. No foot with order and delivery was fast and punctual. The whole experience was a very good one and the food was excellent. Will definitely be reused. Really top notch.

we collected pizzas, they got the order slightly wrong, we called the situation they quickly sent out pizza to correct the wrong and then even followed with a phone call to make sure everything was in order. Top service of a new papa john’s awesome! will definitely use again! Ver carta

Absolutely top-class I had a massive problem with the staff on the sidwell street laughing at me when I came around 10:40 to get a pizza and the two guys here were friendly enough to serve, this is the best Papa John's in Exeter. I would recommend that you come in future hands not that in sidwell street.

We ordered some pizzas from a new Papa John's and they made a slight mistake with our order. We called to inform them of the error and they quickly sent out the correct pizzas. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. In the past, everything has been excellent. However, this time, my order from the app was mixed up, the server came out from behind the counter without a face mask, the pizzas were late and cold, and did not meet the usual standard. I'm not sure if this is a one-time issue, but I will be staying away for a while. Luckily, there is a Domino's right around the corner.
