"Simone's passion for food is evident; you can see the spark in his eyes as he discusses the quality of ingredients and the cooking process. He is humble and makes everyone feel very comfortable. He and his team guided us in shaping the pasta, ensuring we created a delicious dish using our own product. We also enjoyed a glass of prosecco while making the pasta, and we had the choice of wine or beer for lunch. They even gave us their branded aprons to take home as a memento—what a thoughtful gesture! As an Italian, I'm quite discerning when it comes to food and traditional Italian recipes, but I can confirm that Simone taught us the authentic Roman carbonara recipe. The experience was worth every penny, and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends! Thank you, Simone and your team, for providing us with such an incredible experience!"

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere. The food is well priced and you customize your dish by picking pasta shape, sauce and cheese. Food tasted amazing , portions were generous and we had a wonderful lunch. Would recommend! Ver carta

Authentic Italian food, delicious sauces and great atmosphere. I love that you have the ability to sit outside on a not too busy street and do some people watching whilst enjoying your delicious Al dente pasta : If you are bored of the regular stuff, be sure to seek out this place, it's just behind the high street

I had lunch here and really enjoyed it. They have an outdoor seating area, which is nice. The pasta sauces are fantastic—I tried the mushroom sauce and the black pepper sauce, both of which were delicious. The gnocchi was incredibly soft and potato-based. The prices are reasonable too; it came to £15 per person, including a drink and service.
