Great Job Satisfied service, I never visited similar restaurant but the service and the food was fantastic I would come next time if I come back into the area. Thank you Nema and Nabokov for the wonderful service. Great job.

Ordered king size chicken shawarma, . The wrap was tiny, was a large at best..Tasted bland. Overpriced for tasteless food. Only positive was the salad. Would not visit again after this experience. You can get better chicken shawarma elsewhere.

Ordered a simple mixed grill and waited over 25 minutes. Lots of Asian males came in and they all got their food before ours. The charcoal was not working and guy cooking was too busy chatting to customers and mates. We got our food just before mid night. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman

We have tried and failed to enjoy a meal from here for some time. We’ve been customers for in excess of 15 years but that patronage has now ended.The food is dire. Cheap rubbery meat, dry tasteless shawarmas. The staff lack manners and customer service. This used to be the best shawarma place around but over time now ranks as a 2/10.

Ordered large chicken shawarma, which was turnout to be horrible wrap I could only eat half of the portion and throw the rest in the bin. The chicken meat was cold and chewy. It takes ages to get your order in and have to wait long time. Bit too expensive for my liking. I'm sure there are plenty of other places for kebab around Hounslow. Fingers crossed I hope I dont get food poisoning after eating the wrap. Not recommended.

We ordered mint tea and burgers, at 1 o clock at night. Seemingly, the only restaurant open past night serving such delicious eatery. I thoroughly enjoyed my time. They have tables and chairs to eat-in behind their counter with dim lights and music for good feel. The surroundings are beautifully decorated with the ethnic dresses and some paintings for display. Even past midnight, I saw so much rush at this place. This could only mean one thing: its pretty damn good! Service takes about a good 20 minutes.

Been going here for years so not sure why I didn't review it sooner! One of the main reasons I continue to come back here after 10+years is because the food is consistently excellent. I cannot remember a bad experience here and that is as a result of the level of expertise the guys cooking the food hold and how well they maintain their setup. Easily the best lebanese around here and dare i say it top 3 in London! If you want unique flavours and fantastic range of sides and salads, this is the place to go!

Just came from this place and ordered 3 shawarmas and 1 shish. The food was bland but what makes it worse is the staff. I didn't find anyone who could clearly understand our order. The guys started fighting among eachother and one guy just left order in the middle complaining his colleague shouting on him which left me speechless and shocked. They charged me twice on my card and later voided so I have my money hanging between them and my bank. I ordered large portions and was given small. Overall the customer services has been awful and staff rude. Please avoid this place.

Over the last 10 15 years Pavillon Rouge was arguably the no.1 Doner Kebab Shop in West London. However over the last few years it has been slowly on the decline. I remember their Doner kebab meat during this time being absolutely exceptional and miles ahead of anyone else 's lamb meat.... but about 3 4 years ago they changed their Doner meat and it went from being this fantastic wafer thin juicy tasting meat to a processed generic meat. People would come just for the meat. I have been back a few times in the last few years, but yesterday was really dissapointing. I went back hoping for improvements but the meat hadn 't changed. What made it worse was my Doner kebab meat was burnt (could of...
