"This restaurant is off the beaten track and was recommended to my husband and I. It is not far out of Cefalu if you still choose to go after this review you should follow the road signs rather than google maps! Sadly we had a very poor experience. We had made a reservation but despite that were seated at an inside table next the door of the kitchen. The main attraction of this restaurant is the sea view overlooking the sunset which we didn't see, from where we were seated. Other guests came in and were seated at better tables despite having no reservation. The staff speak Italian in the main, so our lack of Italian was a distinct issue. The menu has fresh produce however having selected our meals from the menu (fried local fish, pasta with tuna and two salads) we then had to wait over 60 minutes for anything to eat. We watched other diners come in, be seated (at better tables) and get food before us. About 10 minutes before our food was ready, a member of staff came to explain that the pasta water had to be changed which was why our meals were taking so long. That's a new one on me I have to say... The food was mediocre when it arrived by that stage my husband and I were extremely hungry (it was almost 2145 table was booked for 2030hrs) definitely not an experience to be repeated, and definitely not worth the hour plus wait. There are many better places to eat at in Cefalu."

"We wanted to eat somewhere, not too far from Finale where we were. Sikula found on the web, and there was an attempt. And what a very beautiful experience proved to be. Beautiful, homemade food and a friendly atmosphere. We did not try the pizza, but had very nice seabass with tomatoes and lemon ravioli. We returned two days later for a tapas meal. The caponata is to die, and the tomato salad with honey, roasted onions was breathtaking. The Tiramisu was so originalally adjusted by using stout beer as a base. Angelo is a place for people in the region, but it is also an integral part of the local community. When we were there on Thursday evening in November, there was a local birthday meeting at the next table. Worth the detour! Parking: A large free parking space around the corner of the restaurant. Well signposted, but below a steeply descending entrance track. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40"

"The restaurant name was given to me by someone who I knew loves good food. I brought my brother as he was in Sicily visiting me. We are Irish and love our beef, while he liked Italian food I knew he was missing a good steak. We had such a lovely experience with lovely lovely waiters and the food was outstanding, my brother said it was the best beef he had ever had. So any excuse to go again and I will!"

"the waitresses were absolutely chaotic. it seemed as if they had no idea what they did. first we have two starters, one of which was the carpaccio we ordered, but the other kennzeichen was something else. when she saw our surprised eyes, she simply took it on another table. we ordered a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. the latter never came, so we asked again. a few minutes later we received the wine and another opened bottle of beer. then she realized that there was already an open bottle of beer on the table. So she took it away. definitive finality we received our sortiment of smoked fish, but the carpaccio never came. We gave up when we had to get our flight back to home. the starter was really delicious and very nice. my seafood spaghetti was also great and tasty, but my Manne chain were chewing and the ordered grilled vegetables were cold from the beginning. the last lunch in Sicily!"
