Fish was cooked fresh to order, no issues with the wait for it to be cooked. The fish was of quite good quality and the chips were cooked just how they should be! For small fish and chips with sauce and a drink it's approx £8.50, a bit on the high side for small portion. Would definitely return."

First time we eat fish and chips. They have no manners. The food was all battered and had hair. They didn't offer us cutlery, napkins or sauce.

Best place around for fish and chips in my opinion. Travel from Darlington just to get them from here. Not greasy at all and chips perfectly cooked every time

Just spent a week in Richmond and came here twice. One of the children didn't like fish but staff were happy to change it for the meal offer. Young girl at lunchtime was very helpful and friendly as was the older lady. Food is amazing and price is affordable.

I had eaten here on a previous visit to Richmond. Specifically booked a day coach trip just to call here for fish and chips as I enjoyed them so much before. I was unfortunately left Dissapointed the fish wasn't warm enough in the middle in my opinion, the chips weren't the best not very warm and the order was wrong when delivered.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not great. I was taken aback by the sarcastic response I received when asking about the size of the fish. The server was rude and seemed bothered by our presence. We paid nearly £30 for two portions of fish and chips (one regular and one small) and were disappointed by the bland and boring taste. I expected more for the price. I would recommend avoiding this place.
