"OMG! Just enjoyed a fantastic evening at this great little neighborhood restaurant. Food could not have been any more fresh and service was casually awesome. In particular the strawberries and tomatoes seemed as if they were picked out back. Thought the prices to be very...reasonable. We recommend the $15 per person chef selection of dishes. For us this included a strawberry-covered smoked salmon, a fruit and goat cheese field green salad, a mozzarella/tomato dish, carpaccio, and the coup de gras... zucchini gratin. This concoction of backed cheese on fresh julienned zucchini was to die for. This is a smaller family owned residential restaurant and we loved that in a city filled with many corporate chains near hotels. Light plates only. No heavy pastas here. Perfect with a bottle of wine. Thanks for a great evening. One of our best meals on a three week trip through all parts of Europe."

eating was good, but strange thing was that she ran several menu options option. we were reserved with a group of twelve and tables, so they would have expected better. even the tiramisu was limited. on the other side it was. a good restaurant.

petrarca is a small Italian restraurant, the server numerous antipasti that were excellent, and a small number of main concern that we did not try. no luxury here, but what they see is what they get. tiramisu was ok. cards were not accepted that one. inconvenience

We were lucky enough to stumble across from this little Italian, and I am very glad we did it was a great experience. Very friendly staff and tasty food, the best meal we had in Berlin. Its not obvious unless you are looking for...it we went for late lunch and nearly walked straight past the place! Ver carta

We selected the place for lunch because of the good reviews in Tripadvisor and were not disappointed. The restaurant was packed, but we managed to get a table for two. The service was good, even though it lasted a bit before we got served as...the place was busy. The lunch options were hand written on a black board. Unfortunately the salsiccio lasagna was sold out, but the ragu lasagne was great too. So was the zucchini-cotto dish. We will come back to test the dinner.

Great dinner in this small, neighborhood Italian place. The food was excellent, from a limited of selection of exquisite dishes, put together with a lot of thought. Not your usual Italian dishes, but rather refined and well composed. The waiter was of help to make...an excellent selection, and even advised us against ordering one more dish. He was right, one appetizer and two main courses was filling for two adults, and it was vegetarian dishes on top! Really worth going for something special.

this place was suggested by our AirBnB host, and since it was just around the corner, we gave it a try. it is quite small, a bit warm in this time of the year, but the greeting was also warm and efficient. the menu. is weighted on salad and wine, sorted by region, and a small selection of pasta. a common salad, pasta for two and a bottle decent sangiovese cost 80 euro. it felt all like a neighboring trattoria that was extended by the voluble Italian talk at the bar. not the best italian at all, but definitiw a step over the pizza 'n pasta places. Ver carta

Nice restaurant. The host can't do enough. Tried to complement my other half on entry but as title says. Extensive Menu looks like loads of starter then they gave the daily specials list, (Could be 8 dishes) Don't be confused every dish it...seems like a main which then brings the value right up! Had four plates shared each time , delightful each time. Well worth searching this quaint restaurant out! Too be critical. The staff uniform could be addressed , worst dressed of all customers in the restaurant all night.(As nice, helpful friendly as were)

small square in a residential area with limited seating. but it was worth the walk there and we were in the early position to get a place before the midday crowd. there is no fixed menu apparently, and what you get is... what is written on the board, and on that day my wife, who had been careful to have Italian pasta in an Italian restaurant ended. we had no regrets, however, as eating was very good. the fried wild mushrooms with truffle oil on ruccola was delicious. the salate of fennel with orange and ingwer is not her typical salate, but well surprisingly with all taste directions that melt together well. they also enjoy the filled gnocchi with truffle oil. quite happy and pleasant meal.
