"We'd heard good things about Pi so we were keen to try it. The location is very nice, overlooking Bathurst Basin. It was pretty empty when we arrived, but the bustling bar next door made it feel continental and lively. The service was professional, but also kinda indifferent. The food was pretty good. We're spoiled for choice for decent pizza joints in Bristol, and this was definitely at the higher end, with a nice doughy base, and decent tomato sauce and cheese. Where it fell apart for us was the bill at the end £60! The pizza was good, but not good enough to be 50% more expensive than other restaurants. The stinger was that my son had the kids meal, with a drink, pizza and ice cream, for £5, and I couldn't see any difference between his pizza and mine, other than the toppings. This made it feel like I basically spent £13 on a bit of deli meat. We really wanted to like this place, and while the food was good the price left a bitter taste. We'll be going elsewhere in future because we want to be able to afford our mortgage repayments."

The restaurant offers a straightforward menu of pizzas that are beautifully cooked in a wood-fired oven. Absolutely delicious!

2nd time I've been to Pi shop, and at least the 5th time my partner has been. Every time is just as Good as the last (if not better), and I couldn't recommend it enough! Perfection Ver carta

The pizza was decent and the service was friendly. We were seated indoors, which was a bit disappointing on a warm, sunny evening, but overall it was a lovely setting. The ice cream was also very good.

We all enjoyed the delicious pizzas, but we wished there was more variety on the menu. Two people in our group wanted sauces to dip their crusts in, but there was only one option available. However, the dip that was available was tasty!

We went for my sons 7th birthday. A very nice evening with great food and service. The children's menu is excellent value and was thoroughly enjoyed by all three of our children. We were early so enjoyed a table outside. The service was quick and attentive which with three hungry children was great. Ver carta

Very disappointed unfortunately. We were booked in advance for a special retirement party for a colleague who had worked at the Bristol General Hospital for 30+ years. We made a request if the evening was nice we would like to sit outside. We were greeted with its first come first served for outside seating . An email to this effect would have been appreciated, and not even a 'so sorry! ' Instead we were tucked in a corner. We found the pizza 's to be standard.
