"Ordered for delivery, the order was accepted and given an estimated 45min delivery time. After 50 minutes I got a text message on my phone that our food is not ready yet. I asked how long it will take, and was told that it would be another 45min. When I complained about this the person told me that he is not part of the restaurant, he is just the driver. Had the driver not informed us about the delay we would have gotten no notification. I called the restaurant to ask if I could pick up the food myself since I had 2 hungry guests at home hoping it will speed things up. He said they had not started making it yet. I should have looked at the replies this restaurant wrote to other reviews before ordering here. so you learn: Excuses like being a small business, have few staff, using fresh food is no excuse for constant delivery time over promising or not letting customers know about delays, or not at least apologizing REPLY: 1 I was never told. I discovered this only after I called you, when it was already past the delivery time, that you have not even started with the food. 2 Correct. Sad that this is your defence : 3 False claim. I was not informed. See point 1. When you accept an order, you agree to a delivery time. I have often seen restaurants change the expected delivery, or stop accepting take aways even when they are too busy. You lied in order to not lose the business, then blame your customers when they are unhappy."

Habe das erste Mal Takeaway bestellt. Für 19.50 sind die Portionen gross ich kann die Hälfte morgen zur Arbeit mitnehmen und bin satt. Ich war schon in manchen Thai Restaurants und die Portionen waren eher minimal gehalten, hier wird aber für den Kunden nicht gespart! Einfach nur wow! Service: Take out

Ich durfte am 3. Juni 2023 meinen Runden Geburtstag bei der Superköchin Leyla und Ihrem tollen Küchen und Service Team geniessen. Wir waren 30 Gäste, haben den Ablauf, Menu, Dessert etc alles vorher besprochen. Es war von A-Z ein wunderschöner Abend mit Authentischer Thai Küche, einfach Hammer. Wir waren zu einem Geburtstagsessen auserhalb den regulären Oeffnugszeiten am 27.5.23 eingeladen. Dass die Betreiberin bereit war 16 Personen ausserhalb der Oeffunungszeiten zu bewirten spricht schon für sich. Das Essen das wir aufgetischt bekamen war äussert lecker; einfach nur gut. Der Service war perfekt und das Ambiente zeugt von Liebe für das Detail. Kurzum ein Lokal das wir sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

The food was excellent, but the waiting time... Of course the staff had nothing to do with it, it 's the restaurant owner who is so frugal . We were the first guests that evening (with reservations in advance), and we still had to stay 2.5 hours!!! Waiting for the main course... I can 't understand it: the restaurant was and is always full, why can 't the boss hire additional staff?, at least for evenings like this?...
