Superb discovery with a 100% Italian card that elegantly revisits traditional dishes that we all know. Special mention for burrata in entry that is sumptuous. On the flat side, we tasted the Ricotta /roquette ravioli, butter with sage. A delight, we would have liked to eat more! For dessert, we chose a revisited panacotta that has nothing to do with a lambda panacotta, it was light and delicious. The decor of the restaurant plunges us directly into Italy vintage version.
