Beautiful location in Piazza Roma of this typical pinseria. Excellent quality pinsa in a youthful and friendly environment. Massimo Pellegrini makes you feel at home, welcome, with the great friendliness that only an iconic yellow and blue from the 90s could give me. Other dishes are also worth trying. Very beautiful and bright environment, outside you can admire the Ducal Palace. Very friendly staff and fast service. The pins are exceptional. Thin and crunchy crust, soft inside, well filled, tasty and light. Without a doubt the best I have ever eaten. (The desserts need to be perfected in my opinion. In Modena due to the cancellation of the train to Bologna, I stop on Sunday for lunch with my daughter. Welcomed, seated, I order and am served. I would like to point out an inconvenience for which apologies are made. I order again and the inconvenience occurs again. Visibly incredulous, I am approached, no longer by the girls in the room, but by the older gentleman who, embarrassed, apologises. I eat and my dish is discounted at the checkout.
