"A small menu always means a specialism and these guys specialise their signature 'pinsa ', sourdough pizza. In addition to the perfect pinsa bread itself, the tomato sauce is amazing and the two nights we came, the toppings were fantastic: spicy nduja and fresh buffalo mozzarella. The white wine is a clean fresh local verdeca, well worth your time. We weren 't going to have dessert but Donato persuaded us because they had a special: a fresh cannolo. We had one to share and immediately ordered a second. Wow. Also, the restaurant is up a quiet side street and they don 't play the music loud, it 's quiet, intimate and the staff are fantastic... hence our return."

We’ve visited Pinsotto twice while being in Monopoli and had a great experience both times. Donato looked after us both times and gave great service, while the food was delicious. We commend the pinsa with buffalo mozzarella and the vegetariano. Oh, and they have the best cannoli we’ve ever tasted!

Scopro questo locale girovagando su the fork. Ottimamente posizionato, con un dehor esterno curato. L'interno si presenta moderno, pulito e ben tenuto. Servizio giovane ma cortese. Passiamo al piatto che da il nome al locale: la tipica pinsa romana. Impasto soffice e ben cotto condito con ingredienti di buona qualità, birra nella norma. Da prova le polpettine cacio e pepe.
