I've enjoyed great meals there in the past and have frequently recommended them for takeout, as well as dining in. However, like many restaurants, they seem to have lost their consistency. The chicken tikka was a bright red color that looked artificially dyed and had no flavor at all, suggesting it hadn't been marinated properly. The lamb balti resembled a watery casserole with no taste, and the spinach and potato dish was also bland and lacking in flavor. I feel strongly about sharing my experiences with places I recommend, especially when they don't live up to expectations, which is why I wanted to give a heads-up here. It’s possible that the original chef is away or unwell, but for a busy restaurant like Sabza, there should be a capable replacement. I hope this is just a temporary issue because they have been the best in the area until now."
