"It's Wednesday evening, and I was looking forward to a fantastic curry from Sabza in Garstang. I've enjoyed great meals there in the past and have frequently recommended them for takeout, as well as dining in. However, like many restaurants, they seem to have lost their consistency. The chicken tikka was a bright red color that looked artificially dyed and had no flavor at all, suggesting it hadn't been marinated properly. The lamb balti resembled a watery casserole with no taste, and the spinach and potato dish was also bland and lacking in flavor. I feel strongly about sharing my experiences with places I recommend, especially when they don't live up to expectations, which is why I wanted to give a heads-up here. It’s possible that the original chef is away or unwell, but for a busy restaurant like Sabza, there should be a capable replacement. I hope this is just a temporary issue because they have been the best in the area until now."

I dined in for a birthday celebration and have also ordered delivery a few times. The food is always delicious, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. This has become our new favorite spot! I had a fantastic experience with my recent delivery dinner. The food was exceptional, earning a solid five stars. The Chicken Tikka Masala was particularly noteworthy, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The service was also top-notch, with prompt delivery and attention to detail that made the whole experience seamless. Lastly, the atmosphere—even from a distance—had a warmth and charm that is definitely worth mentioning. Overall, highly recommended!

Food was okay but the cheese garlic naan bread was small, dry and tasteless, hardly any cheese. It was extremely thin. Definitely over priced for a curry on its own for the standard. I understand the no serving alcohol and that you can bring your own drinks although every 5 minuets customers were nipping to the shop for a bottle of wine. Slightly strange atmosphere. Staff friendly. At our usual Indian restaurant we pay around £42 including a beer for the same food here we paid about £51. Would never go back. Wouldn’t mind paying these prices if the food was to the standard. I know they will probably say inflation
