"We had a stopover in Mäcon on our way through wine country and stayed for a night; one double room with a baby (nice cot for the baby), and one double room used as a single (grandma). The rooms were newly renovated and very clean and pleasant. Room 2 had a nice view to the side garden and a nice bathroom with a big shower. Room 4 out towards the back garden swimming pool and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Very nice and quiet rooms, with window blinds and air condition for warm nights. The dinner was excellent gourmet food. We had three courses (50 Euros each) with a good wine recommendation (plenty of options on the wine chart). Breakfast (13 Euros each) was a fantastic spread of sweet and savoury, fresh OJ and coffee, all placed on our table. All served outside in the nice warm weather. We didn't go for a swim, but the small pool area was very nice with sun loungers and plants. It is located next to a large road, but the traffic, oddly enough, was not an issue. We also walked (15 20 minuters) to the Domaine Nadine Ferrand for some great wine tasting. But foremost impeccable friendly service from all staff! We really felt welcome and well taken care off."

"When we say.... first a car pass in front of this restaurant, then a moment of hesitation because bof the fronture... since we have read notices that have decided to cross the door...(it was already because of these opinions that we came to this village. And the magic went straight! one of my best meals in this region if it's the best! the fish sauce still titilates my taste buds...and the waouh dessert exceptional the fig! We were very well welcomed and we enjoyed sharing with Madame the Chief at the end of service,madame bravo, we congratulate you at the meal, allow me to renew our congratulations because your establishment deserves thanks to you both! Don't change your simplicity! a happiness to come to your home. we will return to a next visit to your beautiful region."

"The welcome is perfect. The service is fast. The staff is very pleasant. Small flat on the rich card that understands the use of frozen products. The pizza was obviously very good but my burger, I knew some of the best, it was too dry (sauce), the steak too cooked (requested bleeding). The fries too cooked, too hard. RAS for dessert."

"It's a mass occupancy as it should be done. This chain is located in large commercial centers throughout France. In this industry we had slightly braided ham, carved by a huge joint in front of us with a rich Madeira sauce. Here, once you have been served your main course, you will help with a lot of secondary dishes from the constantly supplemented secondary dishes. Wary the temptation to help me, everything that looked tasty and consequently unable to move all afternoon, I had a few hot, cracky chips right out of the frit. My wife had a help of green beans, slightly sawed in butter and garlic. The ham is beautifully sweet and gentle, but full of flavured and enriched by the Madiera sauce; add the crispy of chips to crunch and you have the perfect light lunch. We shared a 25cl Carref crisp dry rose from the south; enough for a glass everyone. For the desert, my wife had a bowl stacked high with fresh fruits selected from another help themselves buffet. I went for my favorite, a big, round raspberry tar. I always find that amazing. A crunchy, short bread, tart case, slightly larger than my hand, is filled with a layer of patisseurs cream and covered with a densely filled layer of raspberries. There are things you can add to it, cream etc. I never disturb. It's just perfect as it is. This whole meal for two, including wine and coffee, came to €23. If we travel through France, we don't use highway service anymore, better than the English version, although they are. Now we just drive from the highway in every largish city follow signs to the nearest Centre Commercial, rarely more than one kilometre or two, and there we find a flunch. Remember that this is not fine food, this is great food, served quickly and inexpensively in a mass catering. Remember the French take meals seriously going between 12 noon and 2.pm"

"passing on to the edge, I was influenced by an indicator panel informing me of the presence of this restaurant and well took me. Indeed, there is a very good day menu at a very affordable price (I think paid less than 17€). The waitress (I think I understood that that day it was the boss) was charming and effective. The kitchen is very correct, in short a good quality/service/price ratio."
