Pizza Express - Carta

Excellent service from a waitress called Fabi. Really went above and beyond and provided a warm, professional, kind service. The food was very good as always. Strongly recommend.

We decided to eat whislt we were visiting the utlet and chose Pizza, whilst we were placed in a nice spot it was close to others and the table service was not good as staff were focused on those at the door, food was ok but had better at other pizzaexpress venues, Peroni was warm. Ver carta

A very poor pizza not at all the quality normally experienced at these pizzas places. The pizza base was like elastic and tasteless. My toppings were minute particularly the beef, perfectly good but in tiny pieces and not much of it. Very poor for a charge of £17.00. Pure profiteering. We will not be returning. On the positive side the staff were helpful and efficient.

We frequent this Pizza Express located at the outlet center, even when we're not shopping. The staff is consistently friendly, although there have been instances where we had to wait a bit longer for service. However, everything is always served with a smile. Recently, we visited for a quick bite to celebrate our 34th first date anniversary. It was a lovely evening and Mason, you were a superstar - thank you to you and the Pizza Express team! My only critique is that I believe the tiramisu recipe may have changed, as it seemed quite gloopy. I probably won't order it again.

Visited here after doing some Christmas shopping with my mum. Didn’t book but wasn’t too busy so managed to get a table, I always use the pizza express app as it has good deals such as 30% off pizza or free dough balls, but it wasn’t working. The waitress was so helpful and made sure we got the discounts, even said she would get her manager over to help, but luckily I logged in on my mums phone. Booked our usual lunch at Pizza Express. Service was friendly but the food was very poor. Long wait for our food and we were looking forward to our leggera pizzas. The menu describes these as pizzas are served on a Classic sized ring of our wholemeal, white and spelt dough, with a hole in the middle filled with a fresh, dressed salad. Ours had a few leaves in the middle not a salad and not dressed. To make matters worse my pizza with extra mushrooms had raw mushrooms placed on top……I sent it back and gave up at this point. Manager reduced the bill but didn’t bother to talk to us or apologise for our experience. Sadly, the good waiting staff can’t make up for the poor food or experience. Will...

Absolutely terrible service, went here with my partner and two dogs, waited about 5 minutes by the entrance just to get the staffs attention for an outside seat, after they finished their get together/chat in the corner one of the staff came over and begrudgingly let us sit in the outside room after permission from his manager, we sat out there for about 25 minutes, they didn't even put the lights or outside heating on, eventually my partner went and stood at the entrance to get the staffs attention to take our order, to which she was ignored again, staff were walking past my partner and even looking at her but continued to ignore her, after 10 minutes of waiting enough was enough and we lef...

There was a time when Pizza Express used to receive five-star ratings, but unfortunately, this restaurant has fallen victim to its own success. The service is poor, the food is slow even during off-peak hours, and the portions are noticeably smaller and more expensive. Despite ordering a pizza with extra pepperoni, it did not come as requested, and my wife's pizza, which was supposed to have an egg on it, was forgotten altogether. My American pizza had a strong taste of tomatoes. The only redeeming quality was that the side salad finally offered better value after years of complaints.
