"A few months ago, my family of four visited the PE restaurant in Birmingham where they forgot my wife's pizza, causing her to eat alone after the rest of us. We hoped this wouldn't happen again, but unfortunately it did. Last night, we decided to try our local PE in Warwick. We arrived just before 7.00pm and waited behind another couple to be seated. Despite staff passing by, no one acknowledged us for at least 5 minutes. Just as we were about to leave, the couple in front of us was seated and we were shortly after. We placed a simple order for 1 starter to share, 2 pizzas, and 2 glasses of wine. The wine arrived in dirty glasses, for which we said nothing and cleaned them ourselves. The wine was slightly off and not worth the price. Our starter was fine, but then the waiter brought out a pizza and two small plates, assuming we were sharing. When we told him we weren't, he seemed confused. He went back and forth with another waiter, who also seemed clueless. I eventually had to shout to get their attention and correct the order. However, I realized that by the time they made my pizza, my wife would be done eating, so I cancelled the order. Before leaving, I spoke with the manager about the poor service. He apologized and acknowledged the issue had already been brought to his attention. I asked him how he would feel if his evening with his wife was ruined, to which he agreed he would not pay the bill. We followed suit. Dining out is expensive these days, but we like to support local restaurants after COVID. We do not hesitate to voice our complaints when service or food quality is subpar, although we have empathy for restaurant staff. However, after a second missed order at PE, we were fed up. They used to be good, but not anymore. Proceed with caution and prepare to pay a hefty bill if you choose to dine there."

Fantastic service, a particularly lovely and kind server. Food was of good quality and a good deal too.

Came in after our visit from Warwick Castle, its about a 10 minute walk from there, service was excellent and food really tasty, had a fantastic meal, thank you!

We ordered a pizza takeaway and could not believe how bad they were, and were expensive. We paid £58 for 3 pizzas, 1 dough balls and mozzarella bread. Very poor quality

Fabulous food, great service and a wonderful venue, full of historic charm. The teens loved their margherita pizzas and dough balls! The vegan margherita was also lush. Highly recommend!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, and both the pizza and salad were delicious! I would definitely recommend this place. The pricing was very reasonable, and we left feeling extremely satisfied.

Visited for lunch with my family. Staff were warm and friendly from the moment we walked in. The waitress gave my little boys crayons, a hat and colouring book . All staff were very friendly and the food was fresh and cooked to a high standard. Presentation of food was also excellent.

Had a lovely meal, can’t fault the food. It was very busy and I felt extremely bad for the poor waiting staff as the, who I assume was the manager on shift, appeared to not be helping at all (Middle aged lady with dark hair). The waiting staff all worked their socks off, well done! Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the manager. Overall friendly waiters and good food.

I recently went to Pizza Express Warwick and my food was amazing! My waitress, Anna, was extremely attentive and friendly, we were extremely impressed with her professionalism. Unfortunately, the manager ruined our experience. A lady, Spanish, middle aged. I think her name is Verginia. She was extremely rude to Anna, saying she wasn’t attentive enough to her tables. However, Anna was absolutely amazing for us and made the experience. Whilst the manager stood and did nothing whilst Anna did her best in a busy rush. Will NOT be returning due to rude manager.

We stopped by for lunch at this restaurant while visiting Warwick Castle, which only accepts cards (and I prefer to pay with cash). It's a short walk from the Castle and you can re-enter with a stamp on your way out. After a long wait to be seated, my grandsons were given crayons and a printed sheet to keep them entertained. The food and wine were both very good. I ordered the 'lunch special' which was a tasty pizza wrap with salad for under £10, and a nice bottle of wine prepared us for the rest of the afternoon. I was pleased that they accepted cash payments.
