"This place really lets Pizza Express down as a brand. It is cramped, the toilets are off the kitchen and have broken hand dryers. The waiter did not want to take our order and the pizzas were almost burned. Never again next time it will be Carluccio's or Cote! If I hadn't been visiting with a guest I would have walked out but it wasn't really an option. Pizza Express food is overpriced but in other branches you normally have better food, ambiance and service. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere."

The staff is friendly, the food is consistently great at Pizza Express. It's also convenient when the staff are knowledgeable about the app.

We ordered pizza and sides for an office social. The staff were lovely and greeted us from the door on our way in. The food was amazing! Would definitely order again

Went for a quick dinner of pizza and red wine. The food is consistently good and the staff were attentive, friendly and fast. I get the impression that so many chain restaurants in London are struggling. This is currently much better than Strada next door. Ver carta

We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday party at Pizza Express in Wimbledon village and we highly recommend it. The communication leading up to the event was excellent and the experience on the day, thanks to Marcel and his team, was fantastic. Thank you again.

We arrived into a chaotic scene with uncleared tables and were sent upstairs and then completely ignored. Two 10 year olds were laying tables (food hygiene/child labour laws?!!! which should have told us all we needed to know about the lack of management. After 15 mins of being utterly ignored despite going downstairs to ask someone to pop up and do some serving we left, and no one even noticed we had gone!
