Ordered a take away pizza over the phone, got it in few minutes. It was tasty as always and the staff was courteous and helpful..Delivery service seems to be efficient as well. Overall faultless

Lovely meal in a restaurant with the most accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they went to great effort to make everything from the salads to the coffee just as we requested. Give them a bonus: they're great ambassadors for the brand.

Staff seem lazy unbothered , rude and self-centred but food was obviously great. Had this problem with the exact same staff a few times when coming here, it is not very pleasant. When paying the bill, if you don’t add a guarantee you are given a rude side eye. Ver carta

They're trying. This branch had its own vegan menu with a lot of choice. Other branches I recently visited did not have that, so maybe this is before the game. All Pizza Expresses have vegan cheese, so you can pretty much design your own vegan pizza. This is quite small compared to other Pizza Express branches. It is convenient to Barnes Bridge Station. I have always thought that P.E. was overpriced compared to other chains, but you can always receive vouchers and offers and there are 2-4-1 on Tastecard. The food is a good quality, so worth a look.

I've had to give this a 1 star as there isn't a nil, I'm very disappointed with this venue- i wouldn't go here if you don't want diarrhoea. I've had food poisoning all day, the food was terrible. I beg you please don't dine here. I ordered a pizza with drink and a coke but only received two of my items,I didn't want to cause any fuss as the team looked very disengaged with the customers perhaps depressed. The manager has not trained her staff to make eye contact with customers or to oversee paying the bill. I could of easily walked out without paying, it's that bad service. I got treated better by the flys on my food rather than the team. When I complained to the manager about having waited...

Wow! Terrible service! I have been to so many restaurants all over the world but this will be on top of the worst customer service list for me. Food is good but service is terrible. Its like they are giving you a favour by allowing you to eat at their restaurant. I am surprised its not even a posh place. Its a run of the mill, a very normal chain of restaurant/pizza place, nothing special. There is one on every corner. I would say that if I wanted to feel fancy, I will pay a lot more to go with a named chef restaurants anywhere I like. I am just there to have some food with the family. This restaurant reminded me of those touristy place restaurants that are always a trap. Anyway, I read some... Ver carta
