Pizza Express - Carta

Frankly a small tepid bowl of zucchini linguini plus black Spanish olives plus a brownie with icecream is not worth £24.40. Staff were sullen and dim. Not great.

Dorking Pizza Express has consistently over the years excelled for friendly service. Tonight the awesome Cameron switched out the peachello in the Bellini Spritz to make me a Limincello Spritz! Fabulous ..,it should be on the menu…

This Pizza Express restaurant is a great example of a classic pizzeria. Our group, made up of two families, enjoyed an early dinner here. The restaurant had ample room for us and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food, as always, was outstanding. Ver carta

It has a buzz and enthusiasm that still makes this restaurant work. I went in February, and the refreshed menu had a lot of interesting options. Pizza Express is definitely part of Dorking's identity. Staff kind as always. Can be hard to get in due to popularity.

We had a wonderful evening with our family at Dorking Pizza Express. Our waitress, Daisy, was fantastic - very accommodating and a valuable asset to the restaurant. The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful, making our dining experience exceptional. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Keep it up!

We ordered takeout from the Dorking location and when we arrived, they claimed they didn't receive our order. Despite showing them the order confirmation with the branch, the order time, and the pizzas we ordered, they insisted we pay again. Ultimately, we left without any pizza. It has been 6 days and we still haven't received a refund. After having to follow up 4 times, we are shocked by the poor service and won't be ordering from them again. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant with my wife and wanted to take advantage of the special offers available via the phone app. Being unfamiliar with using the app I asked our waitress for assistance and she was very happy to explain what was on offer and what we needed to do. Our food was delivered to our table by the same smiling waitress. The pizzas were delicious but it was the excellent service provided by the young waitress that prompted me to write this review. I don't know her name but hope she serves us again when we next visit. Thank you.

We’ve visited 4 times in the last 3 months (the most recent being two days ago) and I keep meaning to leave a review. We go during the week for lunch and have been really impressed every time. The staff are very friendly and attentive and great with the kids. My son has recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and this was our first place we ate our after his diagnosis. The lovely waitress completely put my mind at rest and it was an enjoyable experience for us all at a very stressful time. We are so grateful to her. A family favourite for us for sure!

I picked up an order I had placed online, specifying gluten free. Unfortunately I received a phone call after collecting the order to say the gluten free doughballs I had ordered were not gluten free despite the allergen stickers on the box stating gluten free they did ring to let me know and promised a full refund, however I had eaten almost half the doughballs in this time. I am pregnant and gluten intolerant so looking forward to a night in the bathroom! Thankfully not coeliac so won’t be a hospital trip but please do better, Pizza Express.
