This restaurant has had a refit recently and it's lovely. We sat in a booth with our kids and it was fairly quick service. Kids were happily entertained with colouring. Staff very friendly.

My partner loves the dough balls here, so I thought to bring him here for his birthday. Made a reservation was straight forward, service was awesome and food was yummy! It was a nice experience overall.

pizza express has been a family lover for over 20 years. the first time in the restaurant of the harbourne high street and it was a great experience. the appetizers, pizzas and desserts were all delicious and the service was very attentive and polite. I recommend to go to this restaurant.

Usually efficient and the food is top notch on this occasion there was a delay..an offer of a discount was not applied but usually it is a great place to eat.. Popular with families so if you are looking for quiet not recommended... It is not easy to find parking but there always seems to be a space!

Food good and every member of staff lovely and hard working except the rude manager. As soon as a family of 5 entered he looked us up and down as if to be worthy of 'his ' restaurant. No communication, just ignored. The service was slow as resturant was very busy and clearly poorly managed by the manager. We gave our bill via cash to him directly as we walked out. It was almost as if taking the bill was beneath him. Everyone else good and food very good so recommend.

Brilliant service from the waiters, always quick, friendly and responsive to questions. Good choice of fresh pizzas. On one occasion they accidentally put a topping on my pizza which I didn’t request nor normally would eat, however, as soon as I made them aware the friendly female manager (did not get her name) apologised, waived the fee for the pizza and offered me a complimentary drink. Mistakes happen but this shows service at the store is great, they care about customers. Would recommend for a group outing.

Had a kids school leavers do , orders were pre booked however when we arrived there was a massive kuffafle. It didn’t go to plans . Some orders arrived and others didn’t . Parents received their food before some of the children. Pizza was incredible. I had the garlic prawns thin based and would definitely order again . Decor was superb along with the atmosphere. No parking facility. Free after 6pm on the road . Our waiter Saj was most helpful and very patient throughout the entire time we were there , so thank you Saj .
