Pizza GoGo - Carta

Very nice pizza, quick delivery and friendly service. Not as crispy as I would have liked it but that’s just personal preference I suppose. Would recommend!

I ordered a pizza and waited for two hours without receiving it. When I finally called to inquire, I was put on hold for 15 minutes, but no one answered. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back.

Have to say a great pizza collection prices are really good too. Felt like an 90s pizza hut tasty base lots of cheese when you want that classic pizza this is the place to go hard day of work can't be bothered to cook go here for that carby goodness. Ver carta

Ordered through the phone making it clear that I only wanted 1 milkshake, they charged me for two. The food is tasteless, cold soggy The chicken potato wedges taste like cardboard. I have ordered twice from this place and it’s usually a poor experience. I would save your money

We ordered two 12” pizzas and they were alright as they came out of the oven within 10 minutes of ordering. The garlic dip was nice, too. Strangely, though, they didn’t ask which sauce out of ketchup or BBQ we’d prefer, but went ahead and slathered one on each pie. At least the sauces went well with the toppings. Good value, even though we collected the boxes after 5 p.m. (pizzas are about 20% cheaper before that).

Pizza Go Go literally delivers the pizza I dream of. The others are a disappointment by comparison. I give five stars in spite of the delivery guy who called to say 'my pizza was outside '. I rush to the already unlocked door to find nothing and no one. I call back to find he 's at the other end of the street. He then proceeds to have a go at me for not having a light shining at my house number and argue that his job is difficult in the dark and that his sat nav is defective. The whole time I 'm just like Yeah, ok. Give me the pizza. That happened I *still* give five stars. Ver carta

We had a very disappointing experience tonight. Our order took an hour to arrive, despite us living in the city center. When it finally got here, the food was cold, the box was crushed, and the pizza was squished and stuck to the lid. We called to complain and were assured that a replacement would be sent right away. However, that also took an hour and arrived cold, with the pizzas being smaller than before, and one of them was the wrong order! When we called again to express our frustration, the staff were rude and used foul language. This was a terrible experience! We used to love this place, but we will never order from them again.

The food was excellent, and I have no complaints about that. However, the wait time was absolutely ridiculous—almost two hours on a Thursday night. I had to call twice, and both times I was given misleading information. The first time they said my order would arrive in 20 minutes, but it was still not here after 30 minutes. When I called again, they claimed the driver was outside my house, but then changed that to saying he was near my house after I checked. Another ten minutes passed, and my order still hadn’t arrived. Finally, it showed up 15 minutes later! To make matters worse, the pizza was cold and had a hair in it. I'm definitely not impressed.

Just ordered pizza from them, normally order it from Kingswood who serve the most delicious pizza that makes you love pizza gogo, unfortunately this store city centre) is nothing like that, pizza is so soggy and oily, chicken wings taste so bad and oil is dripping of it. They don't add some of the toppings as per your order, I tried to contact them but the person I spoke to doesn't care at all, he has zero customer service in his blood, not listening and not taking comments/complaints into consideration. We couldn't eat the pizza or the sides today and they ruined our family takeaway day. Will never order from them or order it for loved ones ever again. Ver carta
