"When you go to a place like Pizza Hut you don’t expect flashy food and wine service but a smile and some nice customer service that meant they cared a little bit would have sufficed. We went in there this evening and the place was...maybe half full. We ordered our food and ate our free salad and waited for our pizza. After minutes waiting, during which time tables next to us were served and fed, we had to prompt the waiter to chase our order. She came back and said the kitchen was busy but it would be just or minutes: they were served by another waitress minutes later with no apology for taking an hour. I won’t complain about the food because that was fine, but even when the waiter took out plates away there was no ‘how was your meal?’ And when we paid there was no ‘have a good evening or thanks for coming’. When I looked around I realised the whole place is run by young people who would appear to have had very little training in customer service. This isn’t acceptable and I won’t be going back there. The management should be ashamed for not training their staff better because it makes them all look bad and I’m sure they were only doing their best... their best just wasn’t good enough. Please train your staff to give customers a nice experience- a smile can go a long way."

while the covid does not disturb, the service is terrible, limited menu, buffet is not working. waited min for our drinks, tables here, mental.

the personal is amazing! we forgot to add something to our order so that we called and without hesitation they sent them. eating was also brilliant as usual.

Food is ok but not the best value for money. Salad bar and drinks machine look grubby. GThe restaurant staff aren’t on top of keeping the place clean: this puts you off your food. Ver carta

I love this Pizza Hut. The service is always friendly and quick and food is spot on. It’s always a favourite with our youngest daughter because the staff make a fuss of her and she loves the ice cream factory.

Choose here for dinner due to it being on with Meerkat meals. Would be the only reason I would choose somewhere like this for dinner. However I was pleased with the food. Pizzas and sides are good and the unlimited drinks a bonus. Salad...bar was a little empty and didn't look that fresh and service was slow considering not that many people in.

We came with a very large group without booking. They put tables together to accommodate us. The staff were very helpful. The food took ages to come and they made mistakes with the order. This was rectified and we got those meals for free....They were very tolerant with noisy kids. In short, this is not a gourmet dining experience but it was ideal for our needs. Ver carta

they often use this hat, but since the way they made the menu, because of lively I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. the buffet lunch, where they help themselves for obvious reasons, is no longer. they order from the app, the salad bowl. is no longer filled with what they want when they pay another they extra, the pizzas are small children who are more like poppadums with a bounceboard. certainly not the value for money that it was earlier. service was usual, personal friendly and helpful

I have to say that this was one of the best operated restaurants, post covid, that I have seen. From the exceptionally friendly manageress on the door to our waitress (Jade I think) the service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was being cleaned...constantly, the order being taken was seamless and no issues to report, whatsoever. The food was really nice, hot and perfectly cooked. We used the Meerkat meals and the Help Out to Eat Out and enjoyed a meal for Would definitely try there again.
