"Went recently for my 7 year olds birthday. Booking was easy enough. Felt a bit hollow when we got there since the place was very empty with no music etc. Not really the venues fault but the atmosphere did suffer for it. Had an issue with paying in the app but the staff were great and sorted a refund straight away. They also kept the cake to one side until the end and gave us somewhere to sort candles etc (even offered to light and bring it over). Only major downside was the price which seemed excessive. I appreciate it includes unlimited salad, but for a non salad eater i felt it hit my wallet hard."

I can't complain about today's experience. Our waiter, Anthony, was exceptional – a perfect example of outstanding service. He was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I believe his skills would be a great fit in any five-star hotel. The buffet was consistently hot, and the salad bar was well-stocked as well. Overall, I have no complaints here at all.
