The menu changes regularly and I go there with great pleasure once a month and the wonder is always there. The cart of perfectly aged cheeses is a delight. Desserts are art. Value for money, you can't do better. It's simple: a 20/20 for this wonderful place and worthy of obtaining 1 star even if I understood, in talking with him, that the fact of not claiming it allows him greater freedom.
