Pizza Hut - Carta

we took our 9-year-old son and 6 of his friends to lunch here, they ate everything, I call this one success! the personal was beautiful and brought out the cake we had taken with candles etc. thanks to the personal in the pizza.

Visited for lunch buffet...orfering is all by an app that could be so bad if it free WiFi connection, but very time-consuming over 4g. salat wasn't great, even my 4yrvold commented in the carrot slim and the sweet calibre savouring funny....The first round of the pizza was barely warm, went for a second round that was better than she got bushier so that they were turned around more/around. will not go back.

had to order over the app to eat so if they don't have mobile or dyslexic, it would be very unpleasant. the Pepsi machine had not advertised any of the aromen so simply pepsi. salat bar ok, but not a lot of choice. eating was...the kids wouldn't even finish their as it tasted like it looked awful! the children were looking forward to making their own ice, but the ice factory was out of order. very expensive for what they get. 1st and last time, we'll go here. Came here with the family, previously visited here many of times over the years but of late the food quality here is disgraceful especially considering the price you pay. Somehow the cook manages to burn pizzas even though there on a timed belt through an...oven, either that or he fails to put enough sauce and cheese on them. Think skme re training is much needed as we won’t be returning. In all fairness the staff are polite and helpful just shame about the food!!

today afternoon had a nice experience with my friend and daughter, many options, great customer service of linzi and ashley, both of which look very happy in their job, which is beautiful to see. my little girl also enjoyed her time there and slashed her face that always makes me happy. I'm glad to see you again soon. large vegan options and clear symbols on menu that sets me on lightness. thanks to many that we make our visit pleasant and unforgettable, linzi and ashley, hope to see them both at the next visit.

We came whilst on holiday and felt very uneasy when we were seated as the seats were sticky and food all in the creases of the seats. There was food on the floor but the table looked clean. One member of staff was wearing a...mask but was wearing it wrong and constantly touching it. I made comment to my husband that it would be better if she wasn't wearing it. No other members of staff wore masks. I know they dont have to but either put one on or dont. The fact you are constantly touching it makes your hands dirtier. Both me and my husband come home from our holiday early due to contracting covid. Im not saying I defiantly caught it here but It would be my first guess. Ver carta

Myself and partner attempted to order a collection at 7pm, but were rudely greeted on the phone to say that they’re not taking anymore orders as they’re having “technical difficulties” and were “too busy” to take any more orders. Whoever is running this place currently...doesn’t care about customer service. Change the management for your own good, it’s ruining your reputation in the area. Your staff are always rude when collecting orders, and look very tired. We drove past and saw that the resteraunt was very busy at the time, so we could understand the pressure and the inability to take anymore order. But please, hire more staff. Especially during the summer holidays, it’s not fair to have...

Had not booked but was able to be seated straight away by a friendly young man with a cheery smile .We were 5 adults and 2 children...it was my grandson 8th birthday Our meal was excellent and the choice of salad was great and it...was all fresh. It was nice to see one young man constantly cleaning and wiping surfaces Our waiter was the friendly young man who greeted us and he was lovely and very helpful and had the patience with my grandsons! It was a very pleasurable experience and all staff were friendly and helpful one I think we would be returning too in 2 weeks time for another grandsons birthday!! We went for tea after the cinema, as our little one fancied pizza. My little one and I are vegan, therefore we ordered a vegan margarita on thin base and a veggie vegan pizza on stuffed crust. It took over 40 minutes to arrive and...wasn’t busy! When it arrived, omg my order was wrong, they had just put cheese on mine. The manager went away to ask, my daughters pizza was that burnt you could see the black base coming through the cheese and it snapped when bent! The manager came back and said it’s what I had ordered, I explained it wasn’t the young lad had read the order back to me, it definitely said veggie.
