"Worst service ever!! I made an order on July 27th that was supposed to arrive between 14:15-14:35. I called at 14:50 because the order hasn’t arrived and I wanted to find out if there was a problem. They told me that the delivery man didn’t go that day and that they couldn’t deliver my order. I asked for other options, the lady in the phone was very incompetent and she told me that the only option was that I picked up my order. I asked for a refund because I couldn’t pickup my order. If I had been able to pick it up I would not have ordered by delivery. she wasn’t sure what to do but after a couple of minutes she told me that I should receive my refund the next day. I didn't seem sure of her response so I decided to send an email to support. I exchange many emails with the support them but they haven’t solved my issue and I haven’t received the refund for the order that wasn’t delivered. I also trying going directly to the restaurant but it’s closed until September. Food: 1 Service: 1"

Very bad experience with Mr. Diallo who thinks that his skin color makes him a man of Fulani origin. I put him in his place and reminded him of his Mandingo ancestry, hoping that he would be respectful with the customers and his colleague Mr. Ly, the true Fulani origin.
