Pizza Hut - Carta

Excellent service despite being short staffed, Jane was really lovely and helpful. Food served quickly via the App. Felt very clean and safe.

Extremely unprofessional. I placed a takeout order around 9pm, only for the restaurant to unexpectedly cancel it at 11pm with no explanation. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We have not visited a Pizza Hut restaurant since the one in Torquay closed and only leaving g us with a take away facility, This Pizza Hut was clean and the food was really enjoyable with most orders including endless salad which was really nice... Ver carta

The card machine would not work or the online ordering System however the girls working did fantastic under pressure from other customers as well as trying to serve food. Clearly it doesn’t help the staff when their equipment doesn’t work but nevertheless can’t fault the service top notch.

We went for the lunchtime buffet. The waitress who seated us was lovely then you order through your phone which was great. The pizzas were amazing but they only put them out one or two at a time which wasn't great when there were quite a few tables full so everyone was running up at once each time.

The restaurant offers great vegan options, but unfortunately does not accept cash. Despite this, it is an excellent fast food establishment with unlimited salad options and a planet-friendly menu. The staff, all unmasked and smiling, provided excellent service. Emily, in particular, took our order without the need for us to use an app. If they start accepting cash, I will give them five stars next time, as it is legal tender. Ver carta

I went for lunch today and was quickly taken to a table that was suitable for both myself and the gentleman in a wheelchair who was with me. The staff were polite and efficient, and the buffet lunch was very enjoyable. I must mention Vivien, our waitress, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was a total credit to the company and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you, Vivien. We will definitely be returning.

Having buried our cat and not feeling like cooking we decided to order Dominos, however for sum reason Dominos have stopped doing gluten free bases during Covid, apparently you can't be a coeliac during a pandemic???? Anyway, I'm gluten and lactose intolerant and my daughter pointed out that pizza hut have gluten free on the menu. Well done to them though for having the gluten free base as an option on all pizza's. Anyway, I ordered a meat feast, had to opt for no cheese as they don't have vegan cheese on the menu (tut tut) and when it turned up..... a 4 x 6 piece of flat bread with a few ingredients scattered in the middle, not even anywhere near the edges. and charged £18 for the pleasure....

This branch of Pizza Hut is due to close soon (according to local news websites), so we decided to take one last trip as a family as we have nice memories of eating here. The food from the kitchen was nice and the salad bar fine, however the ice cream factory wasn’t working and looking a bit sad with ice cream all over the sprinkle shakers, there was no ice in the drinks machine either. We enjoyed our meal but it so sad to see what covid era online ordering and tight budgets are doing to family restaurants like these. They ask you to order online yourself, website decent enough but takes ages as we have to enter everything. You pay first and are asked if you want to leave a tip, well, not ye... Ver carta
