Pizza Hut Restaurants

do not have long pizza hut, will not go again, the order takes age as they have to do with an app, the pizzas are not what they were earlier, and the whole place was dirty, the toilets especially, such a scandal

awful service rude and cocky the brownie was rock hard i almost broke my teeth was not edible broke my brace wire and when i told her she said you should have told us to warm it. the straws broke after genuinely 5 minutes of...having it they were not strong enough. no signal either. tables were wonky too.

a birthday location for my son online at pizza hut booked. the personal was lazy and not helpful. many articles not on the menu and salatbar was unhygienic. we had to ask for cutlery at three places and waited 30mins to attract someone's attention to two... occupations they never throw one foot in another!

I visited this week-december to a very lively restaurant. I had asked for a quiet table, and they made it available. my friend wanted Ranch sauce, but no, a nice female member of the staff, found us some from behind. many...thanks to being a good experience. handsanitiser on the tables would make it perfect

Staff very rude and tried to discourage us from going in at 9pm (sensed they wanted to finish early as the restaurant was quiet). Pizza was bland and was told that they didn’t have Parmesan or black pepper due to covid??? Tried to give feedback...to the manager but she wasn’t interested and just blamed head office. Very disappointing night out.

Went here for my brothers birthday and we were seated quickly. All staff were really helpful and friendly. Drinks came out fast. Food was done as everyone had asked it to be. Food came out onto the table fast. Was cooked perfectly. The base was...superb! Interior design is nice and up to date and the seats are comfy. High chairs are available. Definitely worth a visit.

I booked here because the hotel we where staying in was around the corner. This will be a lesson learned to get on trip advisor. My wife and step daughter ordered a bottomless drink. That would be great if the staff actually came around often....I get the concerns over Covid-19, but if you are offering something on your menu you have to deliver. If a Pizza Hut again I would use the take-away option. Over £60 for average pizza. It’s doesn’t represent value for money. Also charging £5 for a 330ml bottle or San Miguel. My boyfriend and I called into Pizza Hut on 15/07/2021 and expected it to be like all the others we had been to within the UK, but that assumption was a big mistake. We walked in and were ignored by 3 members of staff and...waited approximately 5 minutes before someone saw to us. The restaurant wasn’t that busy and had empty seats, we said that we hadn’t booked and the lady who saw to us told us that it was no problem and checked if they had a spare table. She asked a young lad who looked like was in charge of clearing and cleaning tables had it been cleaned and he went over to clean it I had never seen such a zombie looking , disinterested person in my life as that young lad). We visited here with our 15 year old Son after pre booking a table. We only went to be honest as my Wife had been gifted a £20 gift card. Not a favourite place to eat for any of us. Arrived at 1pm and was...pleased to see it wasn't too busy. Lovely cheery, helpful Lady on reception greeted and seated us. Can not fault the Staff today all happy and very pleasant. The cleaning of tables and chairs was carried out very efficiently and swiftly asap people vacated. Young girl was really spot on doing this and removing used dishes.
