Very friendly service. I just for some small food, so a Salami cheese plate. Which was very nice. I can really recommend to take it. Even music outside.. very nice. Good location. Convenient, concise, fast and economical; we ate a pizza on the fly on an incredibly crowded day with people; 4 of us sat down and ate in an hour... good pizza and friendly staff... Very poor service, the food came with 40’ delay, there were errors. We cannot eat cheese and they put cheese in two dishes, they were not open to change them. Food very low quality. We ordered 2 pastas without cheese and got them both with it. They “returned” the dish to the kitchen and we got the same 2 dishes with the cheese below. Lasagna very poor. Service -10. Angry employees. Only one tried to solve the issue. I dont recommend the restaurant to anyone. We had to wait also more than 30’ for the food. Food: 1

one of the worst experiences ever lived, an owner who goes around the tables shouting at the waiters constantly, without courtesy, without professionalism. They put up this place just for poor foreign tourists. Terrible food, mortadella that tasted like mold. I gave the service a 5, because from start to finish Catello served us, an exceptional guy, rather embarrassed the whole time, both for his boss and for the quality of the products. A round of applause for him who immediately made us redo the pizzas and continually apologized. I wish you better luck, to return to a place at your level Ver carta
