"we have tried several times with the kalimera, but unfortunately it is always a visit with annoying. the service is at the bottom of the top and unattended. desserts and drinks are forgotten. the word apology does not come across the lips. even for the bill had to wait like 1/2 stnde. for us it was the last visit."

"Wir waren heute mit ein paar Freunden zum Abendessen im El Torero, hatten mehrere unterschiedliche Gerichte gewählt. Kaum dass wir saßen, wurde nach Getränkewünschen gefragt - na ja, besser als wenn wir ewig darauf hätten warten müssen. Dann würden 3 oder 4 Tellerchen mit Oliven und Aioli und Weißbrot auf den Tisch gestellt. Die Oliven hätte man mit der Hand herausnehmen müssen, ich hätte gern zumindest einen Zahnstocher dafür gehabt, weil wir uns ja zu dritt oder viert bedienen mussten, die Aioli war sehr "cremig", nicht mein Geschmack.Mein Mann und ich hatten uns im Vorfeld schon auf Schweinefiletmedaillons in Champignonsoße festgelegt. Als "Filet"medaillons kenne ich anderes, besseres Fleisch, es war bestenfalls Schweinesteak. Es war ziemlich fest und für unsere Begriffe ungewürzt, erst nachdem ich mit der Pfeffer- und Salzmühle darüber gegangen war, schmeckte es mir einigermaßen. die Champignons waren fest und die Patatas waren auch ok. Gestört hat mich, dass die benutzten Gläser und leeren Bierflaschen nicht sofort abgeräumt wurden. Als wir den Tisch verließen, sah es darauf aus wie in einem Bierzelt vom Schützenfest. Es herrscht ein sehr hoher Lärmpegel in dem Restaurant - GsD saßen wir in einem Nebenraum. Wir werden das Lokal höchstens noch einmal aufsuchen, wenn unsere Bekannten darauf drängen."

"After waiting for you for half an hour, although you have noticed several times and ignore the workers (see that you are reporting and turning away) you finally come to someone who doesn't control his craft (name I'd rather leave) nor competent to make his work reasonable I advise everyone to go into this. you can put your money in other much better locations. just bad what you get there to be personal and service!!! especially since the workers who are in the break (what they have not earned themselves because they don't even work) still sit on the stage sitting there grumping you are eating lunch and still ignore you, instead of saying to a colleague I find it very sad! In short: staff don't like competent, unfriendly, untrained and endlessly wait!"

"First and last time Sorry we were there We were with 4 people there on recommendation The main dishes were not all served together The court 54 has come late To this we had ordered the court 54 with pommes without roast potatoes We had pointed out to the waiter that the pommes should be served on an extra dish, when the court was late, the pommes were drowned under the ratatouille in broth then we informed the waiter. We then asked the waiter to bring a portion of pommes extra, which he then also did unfortunately the pommes were raw! and the waiter also unfortunately informs no reaction. That the kebab meat came from the spear, I like to doubt on the whole we have returned the dish 54 completely, unfortunately unfittable.
